Topic: No VC release this week?!

Back to normal. Hopefully September will return to having VC games every other week again.

That would be nice. Question is: What VC Games can we expect...? I'm at a loss.

I think it's possible we could get either Aero the Acrobat 2 or Fatal Fury 3 as our next VC game. Not sure when though.

SIGH Yet again... I thought we'd get Fatal Fury 3. Pfft.

Well obviously. Nintendo America have stopped doing consecutive weeks of VC games for a long time. Having got U-four-ia last week, nobody really expected anything this week. And its more likely you'll get Aero the Acrobat 2 next time than anything else.

For some reason I thought they'd include a game anyway, mostly because they took long to put up the PR.

Unfortunately, you can't always equate late updates with high content...not even from companies that say that's sometimes the reason like Sony does, much less the tight-lipped jerks at NoA. That said, I thought maybe there'd be an extra-huge deluge of WiiShovelWare, but we didn't even get that.

There are still alot of great games that need to come out on the VC. Hope the service picks up sometime soon, its one of, if not the best feature of the console to this very day

No release on the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., huh.

You should know by now that VC games rarely do anything for anniversaries.

The only special games we got because of a particular date was Halloween.

Completely off-topic: I just remembered that I never got extra Club Nintendo stars on my birthday! NoE lied to me!

Sorry, I am going to talk about it to just say this: it could be that their system's gone wrong and set you birthday to a different day. I get extra stars for my birthday on 1st January, even though my birthday is 12th March! The same might've happened to you.

Does Nintendo still observe holidays? I hope we get something spooky on Halloween, like Decap Attack.

You know, it's actually Super Mario Bros' anniversary today, yet we still get nada.

Nintendo's observance of holidays at this point seems sketchy at best. They upped the releases in the Christmas SEASON last year, but not the Monday closest SPECIFICALLY. Compare to the first year or two, when it was VERY clear that there were Christmas releases.

Anyway, we got a VC game last week, so I'm sadly not surprised we didn't get one this week, anniversary or no.
