I tried with the normal and high quality and nothing, I have a good internet connection but I cant watch any video, it get's interrupted every few seconds.
I remember reading someone said "Nintendo doesn't know what your doing or playing on the Wii." Well now they can if you agree to it. I don't think that's a bad thing. I would like to have nintendo and other companies see what we are doing and playing on the Wii. Obviously they aren't listening on what games we really desire. Most of the games I wouldn't buy.
I opted in during setup by clicking continue (inadvertently, I admit), which immediately sent my history to Nintendo. I then opted out once setup was complete. I feel better about having them know what I did as opposed to what I'm doing, if that makes any sense.
First time I tried updating Nintendo Channel ; gave me an error code. I don't recall what the number was. I had to update the Wii first then it updated just fine.
I gave it a try yesterday (after clearing my wii hard drive with a new SD card), and the Nintendo Channel is still the old version. They haven't even updated the New VC game list.
I love the new Nintendo Channel. I watched the Nintendo Week video and loved it, much better than the crappy Digest video they had before. It's an actual show with hosts, and it's nice to watch it.
Love the new design, and of course the HQ videos. I also recommend my first DS game (which you can do now and it was Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story). I also like the way I can look at my play data and see which game I played the most and which I played the least, kinda nice...the only thing missing from the whole thing is a sense of community (that's where Nintendo Life comes in ).

Is anyone seeing weird totals for their list of games by hours played? The older games have really overblown totals. There's no way that I played over 300 hours of Super Paper Mario and over 700 hours of Twilight Princess.
