@Tranguz I was lucky enough to find a couple of unopened copies of Low G Man at a Game Xchange near me for less than 2 bucks earlier last year. I had never played it and fell in love with it as soon as I started it. Great game and would be a great addition to the VC library.
I know we won't see it, but I'd love to have the two GI Joe games from the NES on the VC and the GI Joe arcade game on the VA.
I am the one you despise. I am he who says what you really deep down know but are affraid to admit. I am the Anti-Fanboy, the crusader of truth in a world built on your lies.
Perhaps I went a little too strong. I like Track & Field II, don't get me wrong; I like how it has more olympic events than the original, like Fencing and the Horizontal Bar. Plus, the voice samples [i.e. "Disqualified!!"] are memorable. I respect everyone's opinions. Konami always makes the greatest of games, including licensed titles and sports titles.
Adventure of Dino-Riki might make a good addition to the VC as well.
I thought Metal Gear 1 MSX did receive a translation in the EU? But if they released it, would the US be stuck with PAL issues? I've heard both MG1 and 2 were translated in MGS3:S, but I'm not sure if that is something they could reuse?
Metal Gear was translated (badly) and released in Europe, yes. MG and MG2 were also retranslated for their MGS3S release, but these versions weren't direct emulations, so it wouldn't be possible to just put them on the VC as is. They could easily give them Wiiware releases, though.
here`s my NES wish list isolated warrior super off road kung fu rush n attack 1942 1943 battle for midway the adventures of dizzy egg micro machines q bert qix snake rattle n roll (unlikely, rare game) gremlins 2 the new batch (unlikely, film license issues)
Bump'n Jump was a very fun game. But, the classic Data East arcade game was ported by Vic Tokai. Although, with Sunsoft back (and after having attained the Vic Tokai license), perhaps it'll show up on the VC.
