Metal Gear - Not likely to be released as Kojima holds quite a bit of contempt for this version and considers the MSX game as the official Metal Gear game but sadly never recieved an English translation.
Mega Man 4 - 6 - Likely to happen around the release of 10, yeah.
Bomberman - Not sure why we haven't seen any non TG16 Bomberman games yet. That goes for a lot of other Hudson properties as well. These could come in time, not sure if it'll be this year though.
Dr. Mario - It doesn't look as though Nintendo will release any of these due to the WiiWare version already available.
Tetris - Tetris is a license and that is why we haven't seen any other versions of this besides the WiiWare release. Not likely to happen.
EDIT: Forgot to post my hopes for the NES this year. ^^' I think other than the Mega Mans, Journey to Sillius and a small handful of more obscure releases, there really aren't that many NES games left I can think of that I'd want to see. Unless Disney announces something soon, that is, but I don't think that'll happen.
There are tons of cool NES games they could release to celebrate the 25th anniversary. ... The Battle of Olympus Low G Man Batman Ufouria Journey to Silius Wrath of the Black Manta ... too many of them ...
Unfortunately I fear I will never see any of them...
P.S. I hope that Capcom will start to release some Demon's Crest game other than Mega Man.
I thought Metal Gear 1 MSX did receive a translation in the EU? But if they released it, would the US be stuck with PAL issues? I've heard both MG1 and 2 were translated in MGS3:S, but I'm not sure if that is something they could reuse?
For the NES I would like to see Contra, Tecmo Superbowl, Megan 4-6, TMNT2, TMNT3, Double Dragon 2, Tetris and Dr. Mario. I own Tetris and Dr. Mario for the WII but I would still buy the old NES games they are just classic.
I own Track & Field II also, and I thought it was not as good as the original, imo. But it's still worth playing. Mach Rider is okay. Karate Champ is a decent one-on-one fighting arcade conversion.
Tecmo Super Bowl won't come because EA Sports owns exclusive rights to the NFLPA (note that all the names in Tecmo Bowl were blanked out).
Zapper games might be too difficult, despite the release of the Wii Zapper. It'd have to come on the Wii 2.
Ninja Turtles 2 and 3 are possible. All they'd have to do for TMNT2 would be to blank out the Pizza Hut ads (please do NOT replace them with Wii/DS ads).

I predict these: 1. Pro Wrestling 2. Mega Man IV 3. Mega Man V 4. Mega Man VI 5. Devil World 6. Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom 7. Skate Or Die! 8. Smash Table Tennis 9. Super Pitfall 10. Contra
I think we only got what, five? I sure this year will double that.
Super Pitfall? I'm sorry, but I felt that game was unfinished and unpolished. But the rest of your list, SSBF, I agree with. Bring us Devil World someday, please? It looks good.

Track and Field II was awesome! I would download it in a heartbeat. Nintendo really needs to add turbo buttons on the classic controller to get the most out of the game.

That game has been rated for the Virtual Console for awhile and is on the Nintendo's Coming Soon list. In most cases, the game will come out, so that's why I'm predicting an 2010 release. It sucks to have to see the game on the Virtual Console, but at least we'll get it out of the way.
My Nes predictions for 2010 are: Maniac Mansion Pipe Dream Megaman 4-6 Dragon Warrior Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Journey to Silius Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom
