It makes me glad that Target still had 3 copies even after the news of its discontinuation surfaced...

As do I, gren, but I still had to have this compilation for the improved controls on the first two games (not to mention the sweet packaging)...

If I already had the originals I probably wouldn't bother either, but I had never played a Metroid Prime game before, and I figured the new control scheme was the best way to play them.
I found the last copy at my local Kmart. Last copy, and full price, but it was definitely worth it.

@Mark: Yup, I was so pissed to come home on Sunday in December (the day after Best Buy had that deal) with the two games that I scored for $30 at Best Buy (Boy and His Blob & MadWorld) only to find out I'd missed out on Metroid Prime Trilogy for $20 on Saturday! Thankfully I was still able to get a copy, unfortunately (in the sense that I could've saved $30) it was at full price...

Well it hasn't been discontinued in the UK so don't panic those of you who live here. I've noticed a few auctions for it on ebay that are extremely over priced when you can just get it in a high street store, so don't be suckered into paying loads for it from someone who has jacked the price up and tagged it as "rare".
