Last Trip to Gamestop - Wii, WiiWare & Virtual Console Forum

ok, so last week, i made a quick (at least i thought it would be) gamestop run. after a number of trade-ins, and a finstful of quarters i grabbed form my car, i had about $20. i went over to the used Wii section, and soon had a decision in front of me. for my budget, i had selected five games to choose from. i held in my hand Tenchu: Shadow Assassins, Bully, Battallion Wars II, No More Heroes, and Okami. after about 20 minutes, several coin flips, a couple failed attempts at rock-paper-scissors against myself, and recommendations from everyone in the store, i decided on Okami. i want to know: 1) did i choose wisely? 2) i plan to return this next week and pick up one of the others... recommendations?

@TJ: Opoona you say... interesting... i do love myself a good RPG... i can't believe the thought never crossed my mind.... i'll be looking next time i go, but so far, BWii and NMH have more support so they may get bought first.

WELL! If Opoona is on the list...I do like No More Heroes better, just because it is easier to jump in and play, but Opoona...get it. Now.

No more hero's is a good game but Okami is better, that is my opinion, if you want No More Heroes I would wait for the sequel that is due out at the beginning of next year.

@Terra: oh.. this is why i hate decisions.

@vonseux: i know the reviews have been mixed, but never stellar. it has still seemed like the kind of game that would provide some good fun for a while, though, and fill out my pretty bare stealth section of my game collection.

@Stevie: makes sense... but if i end up getting the sequel, i'd want to have played the original first.
