Topic: Last Trip to Gamestop

ok, so last week, i made a quick (at least i thought it would be) gamestop run. after a number of trade-ins, and a finstful of quarters i grabbed form my car, i had about $20. i went over to the used Wii section, and soon had a decision in front of me. for my budget, i had selected five games to choose from. i held in my hand Tenchu: Shadow Assassins, Bully, Battallion Wars II, No More Heroes, and Okami. after about 20 minutes, several coin flips, a couple failed attempts at rock-paper-scissors against myself, and recommendations from everyone in the store, i decided on Okami.

i want to know:
1) did i choose wisely?
2) i plan to return this next week and pick up one of the others... recommendations?

Also, like kevohki, I would suggest you keep Okami, rather than trade it in.

get battalion wars 2 next we could trade codes and battle online it is a great game

naw, i've played some of Okami, and know that i like it. i have no intention of trading it in, i just meant i would return to gamestop for one of the others. (and no, swiket, i don't have a ps2).

so it sounds like my decision is widely accepted as a good one. and i have one vote for bwii.... any one else like to give their 2 cents?

For the return trip, I'd say grab Batallion Wars. It's a fun RTS game, and pretty funny as well.

Okami is without a doubt my favorite game on this planet. Play it. Love it. NOW.

@strofan: i agree that's a good deal, but i already own red steel, so i wouldn't be shopping smart with that one in this case.

4 BWiis and 2 NMHs..... mayhaps i should get both.... seems to be the sentiment i'm feeling.

Just bought Okami yesterday, and I am enjoying the heck out of it! The Celestial Brush Technique thing that everyone complains about, isn't so bad once you get used to it. Once you do, it can be really fun! The game has so many, many elements that remind me of other games, and they all come together beautifully. Throughout the first 2 hours of the game, I found game elements of Spyro the Dragon, Animal Crossing, and Zelda just to name a few. The other games you mentioned are good, but trust me, Okami will provide hours of gameplay, and it's consistently fun.

Bought me a Title at Gamestop for $5 used ASPHALT Urban GT and i love every bit of it its 10x better then the DSiWare Download and has even better Music if you find that game buy it its one of the best Racing Games for the DS.
