So our previous 20 years of asking for a new Kid Icarus game isn't good enough? It's not like a petition will do any good unless signed by Japanese citizens since as far as Nintendo thinks, no other country matters in terms of decision making. It doesn't matter that other countries usually purchase more of their products than their home market.
I would love a new Kid Icarus game, but I refuse to sign until Nintendo shows that they give a damn about North America or any other region other than Japan.

A new Kid Icarus would be nice.... but I don't need it or particularily want it.
There's also the point that making the game would take resources away from games that would probably be more worthwhile like Metroid.

Explain to me why people want a new KI so bad? The original wasn't even that good. Why not ask for a new F-Zero? Or a Star-Fox? What's so special about Kid Icarus?
