Yes that's pretty much what I meant. But I over looked MGS4, lol. Unless Metroid Other M or the new Zelda are fantastic, I don't think the likes of Halo or Fable 3 or any other 360/PS3 game is going to get a 10/10 from IGN.

Haha that's 2 more than everybody else. The only console games to be awarded 10/10 (that I can find at least) all time on IGN are Ocarina of Time, GTA4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Soulcalibur (Dreamcast version) and now Super Mario Galaxy 2. We win!!!!!!

Because it's a glowing review for a Wii game from a company that appears to not like the Wii very much. A 10 from IGN means a lot more than a 10 from, for example, NintendoLife (in regards to Wii games).
It would be like Jack Thompson giving Mortal Kombat 9 a 10/10.
