Some people are stupid. That comment was made by one of those stupid people out there.
@bro: It's not you, but that commenter whose missing something—quite a few IQ points...
"Don't make enemies, they'll stab your heart; don't make friends, they'll stab your back. Including me, including you, all men are trash. Don't love; don't be loved. Have nothing to do with other; live in isolation."
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
I am so excited for this!!!! That's the first Wii game that they've given a 10 to, the previous highest was (wait for it) Super Mario Galaxy at 9.7.
"But more importantly, score every one of the game's 120 stars and you'll reveal another portion of Super Mario Galaxy 2 that will give you a much more devious but enormously fulfilling challenge."
They posted something about that somewhere else, but now I've seen in multiple places that there are 240 stars in the game..... I wonder what it means?
"Oooh, yes I said it! I said it! I said it 'cause I caaan!" My Backloggery

I'm going to go way off "realistic prediction" scale, but... maybe that Thwomp's Fortress remake level that they teased isn't the only bit of Mario 64 we'll be seeing ;3
I'm not sure about the review based on what I heard from their podcast. Could it be that Craig, a different reviewer from the first one, felt obligated to give SMG2 higher than a 9.7? Could that be the only reason the game got a 10?

This review is very bland. EDIT: Thanks for linking us all to page 3. Page 1

@brandonbwii: Or, perhaps it is indeed masterful and as close to perfection as it could get. Crazy reason for giving a 10, I'll admit, but ya never know.

I guess it is kind of bad that I don't have the first SMG yet. I want it, but I refuse to pay $45 used for it without a cover at GameStop. Anyway, I just bought my DSiXL, Bioshock 2, and added a bunch of points to my XBL Marketplace account to buy the new Mass Effect 2 DLC.
I don't regret buying Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption, but I do regret that I won't have the cash to pick up SMG 2 for some time now.
I hear ya. Thankfully i had some trade-ins, so was able to basically get both of those games for $60 total and will be able to pick SMG2 up on Sunday, but game-playing-time-wise? OY! I haven't even started on Alan Wake (despite it being one of two games (the other being the disappointing-but-decesnt PDZ) that i originally bought the 360 for way back when; Red Dead has sucked me in! And of course Sunday night is blocked out for the Lost finale, so i may not get a chance to really attack SMG2 until Mem. Day weekend.
With so many awesome games out now and coming out, it's almost like my SMG2 anticipation has been subdued despite being a huge huge Mario fan.
