Trade Star Fox and Zelda to Sony for Buzz and Singstar. Team Ico would make a better Zelda, and anyone would make a better Star Fox than the past few ones. Buzz and Singstar fit the Wii's style better than the PS3's, I think, and both are fantastic.
Trade Devil's World to Microsoft for Shadow Complex. Point and laugh.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how well I'd be able to handle it if any of Ninty's major franchises should be traded to Sony or Microsoft.

Uh oh. He's back.

Here's a hypothetical question: What if Nintendo used their franchises?

I wouldn't know.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

I wish that were the case for some of their franchises.

If that actually went down, I would never forgive Nintendo ever.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

On second thought, maybe if they traded F-Zero to Sony, it could be put to good use...

Translation: Where in the hell is the next F-Zero, Nintendo?!

Same goes for Star Fox. I'd say trade that to Microsoft, despite my deep, deep hatred of the Xbox 360.

now if I could find something that could be made better by trading to Nintendo...

No! You speak American English actually

Yea, I was joking, too. Glad you guys caught that.

I think Ico is a great game, but it's not the only game Team Ico made. Shadow of the Colossus is one of the most remarkable games since the dawn of 3D gaming, and I have high hopes for The Last Guardian, though unfortunately little is known about it just yet.

Ahh so you were joking (sorry I can never tell with you ) Shadow of the Colossus looks quite unique I'll give you that, not played it (and now I've sold my PS2 ,probably never will ) but would have liked to give it a try as it sounded quite different. Not heard of the Last Guardian, I'll look it up.
And while I'm still here, yeah Nintendo where the freak is F-Zero and Star Fox Wii????

I like to tell people to always assume I am joking, Luigi.

Well, the reason I would trade F-Zero is because Nintendo doesn't really use it. We get one game every 4-5 years. Same with Starfox. They are both really good IPs, but if we're not using them what's the point? (This coming from the guy who is PISSED that nintendo hasn't announced a M+ enabled Starfox yet. Make it happen Nintendo, I need my flight-action needs fulfilled)

Sin and Punishment is also a "Trade Eligeable" asset, simply since there's plenty that I could see Sony and/or Microsoft milking from those IP's that Nintendo isn't. It's like flowers, if it was on the Wii, it wuld be one of the most sold titles of all time! The Wii is the perfect target audience! (Think about it, My Aquarium has consistently been at the top of WiiWARE sales)

Can't agree on Zelda, Mario since I can't see anyone getting as much out of them as what Nintendo gets. Not only does Nintendo use those two like water, but the quality of the games is always top notch. (Even the side games like Mario Kart, Mario "Enter Sport Here", Paper Mario and some Mario Partys are decent)

Of course, all hypotheticals and obviously none of these would happen, but some of the trades you all put up are freaking brilliant. Imagine what Nintendo could do with Banjoo-kazooie, or if they got sole rights to the Sonic franchise? Anyone seriously think they would take more than two games to get Sonic as a AAA game again?

If Wii was that little bit more powerful, I would love to see Gran Turismo on there.

BIg Dog, there were actually three F-Zeros on GBA, weren't there? And we got two of them, plus the arcade and Gamecube ones and the games definitely weren't that far apart.

Yeah he's right. Theres been a F-Zero game every generation (obviously not this one) since the days of the SNES. The Wii still has some time left, so we may see a F-Zero game before the new generation starts.
