I think Link in Twilight Princess was quite appealing myself; they did a great job in that game with all the characters' facial expressions that made the cut scenes work really well.

@SeniorDingDong: I'm not quite sure what they did to Marth in that game, but he looks awful in Brawl. If you want the Marth I'm talking about, take a look at him in his Melee days. Or just pull up his Shadow Dragon artwork.
