Topic: Got my Wii back today.

A while ago my wii got bricked from the 4.2 update and I lost everything. From my data to my friends to everything

I just got it back today and denied the bad news of losing my legendary data LOL and really I just want some friend codes.
I need Tails86, SuperSonic1990, Chatham, J-man, Zane, JTC Pingas, and Ashtrines friends codes for sure and if anyone else wants to add me then, my FC is down below and yes to all who wonder if I have Wii Speak or not.

It's a pain losing all your data, especially when you have to redownload everything you bought online. Made me wish downloading games on the Wii was as streamlined as the Xbox360.

I didn't lose my data for my VC/Wiiware games actually Nintendo got me all of them back and even my Wii Speak works with my new Wii

Wow, Chrono, that's terrible. If memory serves though, you mentioned that you turned it off during the upgrade, no?

So far, you're the only person on all of NintendoLife to have your Wii bricked by 4.2. A dubious distinction, to be sure. Too bad there's no prize attached.
