My personal opinion, I doubt it but it could happen. Not a huge fan of the series but it it would work well with the classic controller. Supposedly JP was going to get a 20th anniversary collection on disc for the Wii at one time. Not for sure if it was ever released.
My dream Fire Pro game on the Wii would have online play supporting up to eight players in head to head or tag teams, CAW wrestlers and rosters that could be traded online, an easy to use WiiMote control scheme similar to the 2 button Fire Pro GBA setup, and a deep "ring management" mode that would let you run your custom promotion which you could pit up against others online.... OK, gotta stop, I just wet myself.
Sadly, I don't hold out much hope for a new US/NA Fire Pro game. 2D based graphics (Please never go 3D Fire Pro!) possible legal issues with the mock rosters, the game mostly featuring Japanese wrestlers, intimidating (to the average gamer) CAW and custom promotion modes, and the game being the antithesis of the button mashing practically every other wrestling game consists of are all reasons to not get your hopes up.
But you never know. I think the main reason the two GBA and one PS2 game were released is because those systems sold a gazillion units, something they have in common with the Wii....
