XIII isn't very good anyway. The story didn't have much of a soul, and what else would you play Final Fantasy for? If it were on the Wii, it would lose the only thing it has going for it (the graphics). Sure, the Wii needs RPGs, but this shouldn't be in high demand. Besides, it's dead anyway. Maybe the WiiU will see some Final Fantasy action. Maybe XV won't suck (wishful thinking).

Nah, you're wrong. Final Fantasy XIII has one of the most layered and complex Final Fantasy plots to date. It's heavily influenced by Japanese values, but it's not the game's fault if that largely flew over western player's heads. The series is still built with the Japanese audience in mind, remember.

I hope FF13 comes to Nintendo, just for there 3DS or next handheld, I want them to release V-X for 3DS at least

Making Final Fantasy XIII on Wii at this point would be a weird business decision, a lot of work for a "port", technically impossible to fit on a reasonable amount of disks without removing/drastically altering cutscenes, and altogether just...questionable. It would be a very different game. If Squeenix was going to invest that much effort, FFXIII would be better off on 3DS or WiiU.

It sucks, but at least if you're desperate to pick up this game any time soon, there's always the option of waiting for a cheap second-hand 360 and buying the game for that. If you luck out, you could get the game+system for $70ish (maybe less). Some retail games cost that much anyway...

Sorry to disappoint you, already-PS3-owner. Should have just said 360 though, I apologize. They aren't tough to find for $50, but PS3s will usually run you at least $80 unless you're up for exploiting some trade-in values...

RPGs usually need a good story because the game play isn't the most... idk what you call it. Someone go ahead and finish what I am saying besides Mickey Mac and The Fox and Waltz.

Even after reading the datalog though I still had no flipping idea what the hell was happening. It was all pretty and that's all that mattered.

I haven't cared much of FF main series, I have played FF 1-10 but I own just FF1. But when it comes to Spin-Offs, I love Final Fantasy Tactics series and Chocobo Tales. I would just like to see some more information about Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance.
