SPOILERING POST OF SPOILERNESS

I've got all the red rings now. Super Sonic is really cool, and actually getting S-Ranks with him is still legitimate. He's turned on or off in the options - if he's on, 50 rings will let you turn into him with a tap of the Wisp Power button, but all other Wisps in the levels are disabled (asides white). So you're invincible, faster and have permaboost, but you can't take alternate paths through the levels. If he's off, you can use Wisps as before but collecting 50 rings won't let you go Super. So it's still a balance trying to decide whether to get the S-Ranks as Sonic or Super - go for a high-speed blast with low score and high time bonus; or stick with the Wisps, take longer, and make up the extra time with lots of extra points?
Only disappointment is that you can't Super in any of the boss fights, and like Sonic 4, there's no extra final boss for the great golden one. And the Super Sonic background music is, as tradition dictates, an extremely annoying few-second loop.

I got this as a early birthday present a few days ago! It's soooo amazing!

In the next game, if the Wisps don't come back, they should just have Tails and Knuckles playable! Just about all the Wisp powers are stuff they could do on their own. That would be hands down the best Sonic game of all time.

I was looking for a more recent thread about Sonic Colors Discussion, I could't find one (these forum really need a search option), anyways I get the game the game before yesterday, and well, I have never owned a Sonic game, I have played some old 2D sonic games and the SC demo for the DS. At the beggining it was hard to control sonic, but after 3-4 worlds, I think these game is truly awesome, the game is fast, but you really controll your characters and what is happening (well most of the time), the wips are awesome and it have a extremly huge replay value, + it has online leaderboards and multiplayer. The history is cool, fun, and the voice acting isn't bad at all. It is now my favourite Wii game pushing back S&P 2 and Metroid: Other M. Give sonic a try with these game, it is really worth the money.
