I thought it repeated nearly the same thing a bit (Haha XD) too much. It looks good, but seems to be missing that same trippy charm.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
Hmmm...I was more excited for this before I saw the video. I'll still download it but I hope there's more fun to be had than the impression given by the video.
Eh...Looks alright. I wish there were some harder levels included to give a better picture of the game during intensity.
Indeed. Looks very tame, especially for Bit Trip. Each level seems to be one short segment repeated over and over, too. Even the boss left me thinking, "Is that it?" I guess they're counting on existing fans to get it no matter what and are trying to hook in those put off by the difficulty of past games by showing the easiest levels first.
Edit: Ah, didn't notice IGN had a preview of it up, too. They say it's the most challenging Bit Trip yet. Good to know.

Oh, that's good to know. They probably put a slightly more gentle learning curve on it.

This looks so cool. 3 zones with 12 stages each? Hells yes. And did anyone else notice the little 'Core' power-up? (edit: the power up that looks like the 'Core' ups the mode you're in. Hyper, Mega, Super etc.)
