I already have brawl, but i want another fighting game on wii that has 1 v 1 fighting (my friends and i love fighting games like that, gets a lot of o snaps he just owned u moments). I am going to get tats vs cap later next year, but im talking about buying a more 3D fighter where you can move in more directions than left and right (like brawl, punchout, and tats vs cap have done). For me, the only two games i know that fit this criteria are dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 but i henaruto CON2. I'm leaning toward budokai 3 right now since i know DBZ more and it looks better than naruto does i think. However, if there are any better games for a fighter out right now, please let me know.

Extra info: Im not interested guilty gear because im getting tat vs cap later as i already said.

I can't stand the Naruto property but it's a fun fighter.

Mortal Kombat Armageddon.
Only thing that really comes to mind other than Brawl.

Man, this thread kinda points out that the Wii fighting game library blows.

One Piece: Unlimited Adventure has a 1v1 multiplayer option... but you have to unlock everything in the main mode. Grand Adventure for Gamecube is a lot better though (if you can tolerate the bad acting in either one, you should try them).

Sadly, that's the first thing I thought, too. Aside from Gamecube games we have Brawl (great, but it's basically Melee Plus) and a bunch of old games or remakes. Tatsunoku Vs Capcom will be nice, but it'll just be lonely. What I would do for a Mortal Kombat on VC. Not to mention Joy Mecha Fight.

I've only got Naruto CoN3 on the GC (import) but it's really good, while I'm not sure if the Wii versions are butchered it's a good pick if not.

I liked Castlevania Judgment but it seems quite a few people hate it. I don't know why, it's a solid fighter (on the level I play fighters at which is quite low) even if it's not very true to the franchise. Waggle attacks aren't mandatory, I've picked the control set that uses B for attacks and waggle only for super attacks which is a fine setup IMO.

Melee+? Tons of shit was added giving it dozens of hours of gameplay, and you're calling it Melee+? You want a REAL expansion pack sequel, try Animal Crossing: City Folk.

I didn't mean it as a bad thing, just that there are no original fighters (though subsequent posts reminded me of other games out there that I just forgot and never played, like Judgement). Brawl is my most played Wii game.
