It has confirmed that the rest of the songs from the Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album from 1967, will come out tentatively on November 17, 2009. You must have Wi-Fi and Wii points in order to download these songs to an SD card. Each song will be individual and 200 Wii points a piece.
I'm hoping to download Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite and A Day In The Life.

If the pattern is accurate, the rest of the songs from Rubber Soul should come out on December 15, 2009.

If sales of these downloadable songs are good, Harmonix will consider adding more music from another Beatles album. But these are the only three announced so far. We'll see if my release date prediction for Rubber Soul is correct.

Good news for Wii owners. The lack of DLC has hurt the Wii in the online race, but it's nice to see something pop up.

It would be lovely if they gave you the option to play the album in its entirety--with no breaks in between songs. It'd be challenging, sure, but Sgt. Pepper is an album that has a wonderful flow to it.

I didn't download Abbey Road (even though it's my favorite Beatles album) do they give you the option to play the entire Side B medly in one sitting?

I think I've seen an album of the same name in the garage. Should I listen to it though? Nah.

Was it? Hmmmmmmmm maybe. I never listen to 60's music anyways, so this could be a fresh new beginning. That's if I decide to listen to it though.
Anyways back on topic, it sure is nice to see the Wii getting more DLC.

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is one of the greatest albums of all time. I never thought I'd like 60's music (I'm one of those Radiohead snobs, for crying out loud!) but let me tell you--it'll change your life. Or maybe you'll hate it, idk.
