Topic: Splatoon - OT

I didn't get to participate in the Splatfest but I have tonight to play and I'm not working tomorrow.

On the bright side, this Splatfest finally stopped my losing streak as I've been losing the past few Splatfests lol.

Welp, experienced another glitch. I activated Kraken and immediately turned back afterwards

Well, now I remember why I (not completely, but almost) stopped playing RM several months ago and instead preferred to play SZ.
RM is the mode where you can decide a match alone, but it's also the mode where your game can be doomed if you have 2 or 3 squidiots on your team. I just experienced the latter again and it's extremely frustrating. Now I remember how angry it made me back then and that was the reason I stopped playing RM and TC. It just makes me wanna shout insults at them and I don't want to feel like that.
Some people just don't get it and either are far away from the action all the time or don't defend the rainmaker in dangerous situations or no one near the RM cares to take it so that eventually the enemy takes it (although they were far away from it).

That's what I like about SZ: No matter how stupid your teammates are, they understand the objective. They don't wander off when they are needed in a specific area and they cannot fail in picking up something because there isn't anything to pick up (RM/Tower).
That leads to less frustration for me. I still think I'm better in RM (especially carrying it) than in SZ, but playing RM with complete squidiots is just not fun at all.

I'm a bit fed up with the game for now, ranked is quite the fun, but I can't stand getting splatted by squis swimming through my ink. Or by squids that are in front of me, hiding in the sole spot I couldn't cover with ink, despite shooting it. Or by squids using chargers to hit me even when theres no direct line of sight... that lag and squidbaggers are a big turnoff.

I love playing games with 7 Japanese players.

@TingLz: I love that as well but I wonder if they curse the tv screen when they see they are on the team with the one player from the west.

@TingLz: That depends on the latency and their weapon choices.

@Spoony_Tech: I wonder that as well, and then if you manage to carry them I feel it's even better. I figure several of them won't notice but I'd like to think some do.

If i remember correctly it was 20/5. Not too shabby for a bog-standard N-Zapper!

I'm sure I've been over 20 splats a few times but can't recall what or how many. Its not really that important to me.
