So it looks like you can change the control scheme with the Wiimote from motion, to D-Pad controls.
That's pretty handy.
I wonder how it will feel with the D-Pad, since this is new for Mario Kart in consoles (I forgot the feel of the DS version).

Are they using the gamepad like a steering wheel? Other then obviously using it for off tv play as it just wouldn't work.

Maybe the screen moves around like in Nintendo Land to make sure you can use it as a steering wheel during off-tv play.

The gamepad like steering wheel is a obvious option, hope is not sensible as Need for speed.

Eh, I prefer just getting the DVDs than watching it online...it becomes a pain for me online, guess my internet doesn't like videos.

Mario Kart Wii had multiple options, I'm sure 8 will do the exact same thing.

I honestly could not believe my eyes today. I still firmly believe I am dreaming. Someone pinch me. You mean to tell me Nintendo finally came to their senses and are actually providing an itemt to counteract that cheat of an item that is the blueshell!??? It may have taken them 7 games since MK64, but boy am I finally happy.
