It's not pressing or anything, but I'm looking into getting Final Fantasy V sometime in the near future, since it's one of the two main FF titles between IV and XII I haven't played yet. I'd prefer the GBA version, since I hear it has a superior localization and additional content, but I can't seem to find a used cart anywhere that costs less than $22. So should I hold out for a better deal on a GBA copy, bite the bullet and pay $20+ for it, or buy the cheaper Final Fantasy Anthology?

I found a lot of sellers from Asian countries on Ebay selling it for under $20?
To blessed to be stressed.

Those are for the Super Famicom, and thus are entirely in Japanese.

That's a bootleg. Notice the missing Square-Enix and Nintendo logos.
Also, google the product code AGB-BYME-USA. You'll see that's the product code for some cheap game called Monster Trucks Madness, which has reused for several other bootlegs.
The proper AGB code is BZ5E (US version) or BZ5E (EU version).
Here's a photo of my real cart.
(other sign is that the seller says "new" but it's open. Clearly it's not new.)
@KingMike: Yeah, I was wondering if those sellers from overseas were some GameBoy Advance bootleggers! Why Gameboy Advance games though? Doesn't seem like a whole lot of money compared to other systems.

I want to recommend to really obscure, but still incredibly awesome handheld. The Neo Geo Pocket Color,
This bad boy is probably my favorite non-Nintendo handheld, it has a fantasic library of Fighting games as all SNK platforms should, but the RPG, puzzle, and sports genres are also (supposed) to be just as good. Here are some games that I have/I don't have that I think/I have heard are good.
1. SNK Vs. Capcom Match of the Millennium, awesome pre-PSP era fighting game.
2. ALL of the Pocket Fighting series, all of them rock from what I have heard the only disappointing one is Fatal Fury. There are some rarer ones like Gals Fighters and The Last Blade.
3. Sonic Pocket Adventure, literally besides the 2 Metal Slug games this is the only platformer on the NGPC.
4. Metal Slug 1st/2nd mission, same thing as Sonic
5. Bust a Move Pocket, I have heard it is a good puzzle game look for the more common European version Puzzle Bobble Mini.
6. The Pocket Sports series, it has got baseball, soccer (football), tennis, and golf.
Formally Square-enixFan, Neo-GeoFan. A lover of fine games and handheld systems!!!!!!!!!! The New 3DS XL is amazing, soon the NX will be upon us! Backloggery Check my Youtube channel out! http://www.youtube.com/user/Ha...

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

Jason Vorhees would be proud!
And no love for the Arcade or VC original? It's too bad we didn't get the superior arcade version. The Turbo GFX VC emulation looked blurry as well, and things were missing or incimplete from the arcade version aside from looking lack luster in comparison. Had a fantastic soundtrack though!
Japan DID get the original arcade game there, so that may come over, but I don't know for sure.
Speaking of TG-16 games, I'm looking to find a cheap TG-16 and the CD add-on, and to also buy YS III, but they are all expensive, so I can't seem to decide... Should I buy a TG-16 or not?

@Wavester: I am right there with you man on renting TMNT II, I think I maybe rented it two times. Luck for me my friend had it so I would just either go over to his place and play or borrow it from him. As far as TMNT III goes I thought it was just as good as the second one. There were some improvements like each Turtle had his own special move. The level design was on par and they used a few of the unknown villains as bosses like Ground Chuck and Dirtbag. It is a toobulriftic turtle adventure that shouldn't be missed.

I've recently purchased a Retro Duo, and I'm looking for good SNES games not available on Wii's Virtual Console. I've had a Sega Genesis with a large collection for many years, so I'm also not interested in anything that also has a Sega port. Also, I've already got Yoshi's Island on my 3DS, and I'd rather play Star Fox 64 on my 3DS than the original Star Fox.
I'm definitely getting "TMNT: Turtles in Time" and "Earthbound" as soon as I can find a copy (reasonably priced in Earthbound's case). I've heard that the SNES version of "Aladdin" is different from the Genesis version. Is it any good? What else would you recommend (that was released in North America if you haven't yet figured it out)?
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.

Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
@Waveboy TMNT III is my all-time favorite NES game. I think it's much better than TMNT II, even if you excuse the glitch jumping that frequently occurs in TMNT II when I play it on my Retro Duo. (Does it have that problem when playing it on an actual NES?)
