Hello. I have tried looking for the answer to the problem I have, but I can not find a forum with any answers, so I apologise in advance if I have missed it and I am asking question that has already been answered.
I have a UK spec N64, when the console is switched on there is no red light and nothing to show on the tv.
I have opened the case to try cleaning it and there was very little dust or dirt inside it, but I still gave it a clean out. My N64 has lived in a dry cupboard in a warm house, and has been there for over a year.
I have tried to test if there is any power coming in to the console with a little screwdriver with a electric reader on it, and if im reading it right there is power getting to the machine.
I have checked fuse, and it is a 3 amp fuse.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong as I really dont want to have to buy a new one!!
