Force Unleashed was fairly decent, I thought it would be better..there were a lot of flaws and bugs in the game. I'll just get the sequel for x-mas from the GF.

I can't wait for Enslaved, after beating the demo I preordered it. It was awesome.

I enjoyed the demo as well it was very action fueled, the combat wasn't to bad either.The voice acting (by my standards anyway) was decent. I would love to get it myself around launch time but i won't be able to. I AM going to keep my eye on price drops for it later on.

I'm really looking forward to Enslaved as well. I enjoyed the demo and I am considering picking it up next week. I might have to hold off though considering that Castlevania: Lords of Shadows comes out next week too. I would really love to get that limited edition. It's $79.99 at Amazon and you get a $20 credit with your pre-order. Is anyone here picking up that RPG Atelier Rorona? It is coming out this week and I think that it looks pretty interesting.

I decided against getting Move now, since there are so many other things I want to buy(3DS, KEY, DKCR). Besides, it's not like there are that many games I want that would use it, so buying would be pointless as of now.

Trust me. Wait till next year. MOVE is simply not worth it at the moment imo.
I barely see anyone playing games for it even though they say they got some.

I've been hesitant due to the lack of good games. Now that I know about the PS1 Classics series, I am SO getting one!

So you are buying a PS3 because of PS1 games?.....I don't see any point in that.
Also the PS3 has had good games since late 2007. There is NO excuse for not buying a PS3 except value in which the 360 DID offer more, but now they're on par with each other.

I just got it in the mail today, even though I am biased and buy any game with the word "Atelier" in it. Now if only I could play it... Now I don't have the money to get the Castlevania LE right away.....and Vanquish comes out later in October.... sigh

@Dezner.... yep If I buy anything PS3 retail this year it will be Vanquish. That demo was flippin awesome.

@Sean... actually Move is in fact worth it. I havent been on it too much myself as Ive been really sick and being sick and motion controls are not a good mix. Actually finding out tomorrow if Ill be having surgery Sports Championships and Tumble (PSN) alone are worth the price of admission by far.

Im a huge Star Wars fan, my game room is covered in Star Wars, and actually went on my honeymoon to Disney World on Star Wars Weekend lol. I didnt care for The Force Unleashed on Wii or PS3. Controls just arent there and its really repetive. Maybe the sequel will come together better.

What? There's a lot of good PS1 games. The PS3 is a current gen console that plays them.

The PS3 is also the best console to play PS1 games on, since it has virtual memory cards, official wireless controller support, and upscaling/smoothing for HDTV's.

I downloaded Theme Hospital a week or two ago, having never played it before. I do have a good bit of experience with Theme Park (the same developer's previous title), however, and can safely say that Theme Hospital does, on the whole, make more sense. In Theme Park, you can be raking in tons of dough but never satisfy your customers no matter what you do. In Theme Hospital, the only complaints I keep getting are people being cold, and I've since learned how to deal with that. Anyway, fun game, recommended for only $6.

I keep downloading game demos I never get around to play. I have Enslaved and Vanquish demos collecting digital dust on my hard drive right now, plus three PSN demos (soon to be four, once Guardian of Light finishes downloading).

Enslaved demo was fun, but the there were some flaws. combat was simple and somewhat repetitive. and when you are jumping on the outside of the ship, there was no wind resistance even though your going like 500 mph

If you're really going THAT fast, the wind would push you off in a split second. Sometimes, realism needs to be sacrificed in the name of entertainment, a fact I feel too few people get nowadays. Shouldn't be a huge problem on a Nintendo forum, though.

Just read that NBA Jam will be its own game by the holiday season for 360 and PS3, not known if it will be disc or download. NBA Elite was delayed until next year.

@Stuff... dont know exactly how much you will like Vanquish as your not a big shooter fan, but the demo is one of the best on PSN, definately try it out.

MAG is a great game, but lets get this straight right up front.... ITS HARD AS HECK TO GET STARTED! I mean seriously hard, you have literally nothing substantial to start with except sniping (wich is fun) but you will only get a few kills and you will level really slowly. The skill tree is Huge, and after the intial few hours of time dropped to level and you realise that Assault/ Red Dot/ Recoil Reduction is a Neccessity things get really fun, then you will need to grab your medic class to heal to gain points fast and then it starts rolling as soon as you find some good guys/gals to play with and the game quickly becomes one of the best FPS Online Shooters made. You will HATE this game at first, literally hate it, but that initial time sink is so worth it.

DEAD SPACE 2 continues to be great online. I had a few people try it out this weekend and they all went and preordered the game its that good. The forums are constantly being monitored/replied to and they even show/tell exactly what their ideas are for fixing the issues/ideas we have and have accepted a good many and show that they are now woking on it for the final build. This is how it should be done, Ive been in a few betas and never have I seen a team so committed to making this great and listening to the gamers so much and well. Im very impressed and I hope all you guys try it out. My brother who is a huge Halo/Call of Duty fanatic, and he literally will play hardly anything but those franchises as he hates Uncharted, Bioshock, etc. I would have never thought he would play this but I couldnt keep him off of it, when he had Halo Reach literally 3ft away from him turned on, he loved it!

@Dezner: Don't worry, I still intend to play it before I delete it...eventually.

@Slappy: I wouldn't have even bothered if it was first-person. I'm infinitely more willing to give a third-person shooter a chance, and all the rantings about the demo made it hard to ignore...at least, it made the download button hard to ignore.
