@stuff that is one thinjg that microsoft excels over than the ps3 online gaming. The ps3 has very bad mics and they r very expensiv while the xbox has mics that r clear and come with the system so almost every1 has a moc on xbox and the community is just better that is y I stick 2 online gaming on the xbox

@Castle: I had to buy 3 more mics for my xbox before i got one that worked right and then it was a turtle beach headset/

Easiest way for a Mic on PS3, PlayStation Eye, you never have to wear it, worry about it breaking (Unless you just go on a rampage in your room), and its multi-functional.

@Castle: I hate the Microsoft 360 headsets...their quality really isn't that great, and they're EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I grant that there aren't enough people on PSN with the decency to go out and get a headset, even though they have plenty of options (any Bluetooth headset at all).

@Supermarioman: The only downside to that is that you get the other players' voices through your TV speakers instead of separated in your ear. I do use my PS Eye when my headset battery dies, but it's really quite inconvienient.

@smithers: That's on you, methinks. You see me online, it's up to you to switch games.

I'll be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I'm altering my gameplay between monster hunter tri, and castle crashers. I will also be playing Mothership Zeta to finally be done with Fallout 3 DLC. I've been getting side tracked way to much and New Vegas is around the corner.

Why can't October and November hurry up?

Good memories from this game. It has dated and is incredibly slow compared to fighting games today.
Still a good game though.

Had a pretty good time on Uncharted last night, even though we still lost a lot. Losing with friends beats losing alone. The best matches were when there was only one other guy and our party was actually split against itself. I wish that would happen more often...

Anyway, I'm planning to get back on sometime this evening/night. I list myself "not available" on PSN whilst on Uncharted so a specific friend leaves me alone, but feel free to ask to join me in the game.

Note that I won't start by myself and my brother works late tonight, so I may not be in the game at first. Also feel free to suggest you and I start if you see me online.

The ONE match that we got in that had people closer to our own rank we did dang good, but we kept getting our butts handed to us by guys way higher in rank than us. Not suprising really, I know I for one just picked the game back up recently, still had a great time. Might join up some tonight a bit as well.

Since I don't know where else to ask this, I'll ask it here because I did see some mention of it earlier in the thread, is Modern Warfare essential to Modern Warfare 2, I'm looking at getting one and if its pretty much which one and if I do it will be for PS3. So either way I'll be on for you all to own me

Story wise no the stories dont really make sense anyway no spoilers but as for online which most people buy the games for i would say that cod 4 has much better online the online isnt broken like mw2 is with all the one man army noob tubes and commando lunges invulnerability and thermal scopes and all that stuff. Since cod 4 is also only 20 dollars u shud get that one even tho it shud b 60 dollars and mw2 shud be 20

Oh! I got my first platinum trophy here the other day btw.
I was looking through the trophies for inFAMOUS here the other day, when I realised that if, on my evil play through, I play on hard and make an effort to find all the blast shards, I'll get all the trophies. So I did.
