@Smithers & Slappy: Looking forward to it! I've got NotPennysBoat lined up to play again, and my brother (Lombax42) may join when he gets home from work. I'll see if KazeEternal is available too, but I think he might work tonight.
@Axoloth: Very nice. I got that one within a month of game launch, I believe. Great game.
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P
@Castle: You need to specify time zone when talking times. Assuming you mean Eastern, I'm working during that entire period. Any other American time zone and I'm only working PART of it. Either way, you'll also miss out on the Double Cash weekend, which ends at 1pm Eastern tomorrow.

I grabbed a minis double pack - Dino Blaster and Tehra: Dark Warrior, for $7 between the two of them.
So far so good. Dino Blaster is a fun little puzzler - although a little too bite sized for the PS3, when I do get around to buying a PSP, it'll be right at home there.
Tehra: Dark Warrior was not something I would buy at full price - simply because it looks like Hero of Sparta, which I loathe with a passion. However, thanks to the cheap pack deal, I gave it a shot, and it's better. It's got a better frame rate than Hero of Sparta, it doesn't have the lame QTE that Gameloft threw in that game to try and make it God of War mini, and instead, Tehra is an all-action hack and slash game.
Only downside is that it looks terrible - just like Hero of Sparta - and the pacing of the story is appaling. I know it's a mini, but seriously, chapters take 2 minutes to complete at times.
But all in all, it's decent. Two decent games for $7 makes me happy. Brings my mini collection up to 12 now. I like the minis I do.
I take back all the bad things I said about Metal Gear Solid 4--this game is awesome. The amount of cutscenes is thoroughly ridiculous, but after you get past act 1 this game takes a serious turn for the better. It really makes me want to download Metal Gear Solid 1 on the PSN--the little flashback in 4 has been my favorite part (other than the brilliantly atmospheric stealth mission in Europe as young, trench-coated Snake)

I got another Birthday card. While it's very late I am throughly happy because I had 30 Euro in it. Need I worry about GT or Black Ops costing more than the average new game? NO.
Heck I might have enough for a PSN card afterwards. That is if GT5 costs 50 euro new which It very well might be. I'm damn excited for October and November.
Also MGS4 is pretty sweet. I don't get why everyone is confused about the Storyline. I understood most of it and gathered it up. It's an epic game. I'd give it a 9.1/10. And I only got it for 20 Euro. BARGAIN.

gotta love your reasons! I'll read some reviews and watch some videos of it.
It's also one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time. The footage you see might mislead you into thinking that it's quite a generic third person action game--that was my initial impression. It's not. Far from it.

In my opinion it is overhyped it is a decent game but gets boring quickly i would still say that even mw2 which can be very frusterating sometimes is a better game. The only competetive online games that i think have been mastered are the cods and halos
@Smithers I'll have to add you! I just got my PS3 recently so I haven't been here too many times. I'll add my PSN to my sig once I get a chance--right now I can't remember exactly how it's spelled haha

@Castle: Call of Doodoo is the overhyped one...that game is TERRIBLE, yet it got at least five times the hype that Uncharted did. In fact, Uncharted didn't sell as well as it should've because everybody was busy buying CoD. 'Taint no justice in this world.
@Roopa: Think about what USB means. Hint: The U is for Universal. Unlike UMD, it actually means it. You can use any USB headset on any device that supports headset use and has USB ports. Same goes for keyboards and pretty much any device.
EDIT: Yes, the PS Eye does have custom PC drivers available. So does the Dualshock 3. I can play emulators (for those pesky not-on-VC gems) using my PS3 controller now!
