@Slappy: Like I said, I have to be the host or my connection lags out (no idea why), so I'd HAVE to invite you for us to play together anyway. I probably would've by now, but you're never online when I am anymore. If you want to try tonight, I may be available...actually not 100% sure yet.

Any1 having trouble with the sound in castle crashers on ps3 its working fine 4 lik 10 minutes then it starts lik making booming noises and its really annoying any1 else having trouble

Honestly, this is just disappointing. They take FOREVER to release the game on PSN, and when they finally do, it's full of glitches? LAME!

@turtlelink: Sonic Adventure is due out on XBLA for 800 MS points ($10, surprisingly cheap) this month. No hard word on whether we'll have to wait for the PSN release.

Will the noise gltich be fixed because it is really hard to play the game with it and I don't want to turn the sound down becasause the music is so good

I think I'm burned out on video-games.
Either that or it's because I moved my room around and now it's uncomfortable to play the PS3 because of the longer distance I am away from the TV and it's an SDTV at that so it makes things even harder to see.
I have a small sofa I use to play games and now i have to use my bed to play and i'm not too close to my TV screen so it makes it hard to play games like MW2 or Uncharted 2.

@sean: everyone needs a break from video games at some point. im taking a little hiatus right now myself, mostly cause i have no time though.

@Sean: You moved your TV further away? Bad idea, especially running a PS3 on an SDTV. I don't think I'd want to play much on that setup either.

@Everyone with Uncharted 2: They're running another double cash weekend right now, effective through Tuesday at 1pm Eastern Daylight Time. I'm planning to get on the game a lot to take advantage of this. If you see me online either not in a game or already in Uncharted, let me know if you want to join me. I'm just about to start up now, so why not come play?

It sucks but I'm adapting. Luckily I'm not playing MW2 now and haven't for about a week.
I can't wait to just buy Black Ops and dig into the new stuff.

Well, that session of Uncharted did not go well AT ALL. Only person on my team with a mic wasn't talking (my moronic brother, who NEVER talks in online games), and we therefore had no semblence of stratagy on our team and got repeatedly slaughtered. I'm planning to try again around 9pm Eastern tomorrow night (Sunday), and would greatly appreciate it if somebody would actually show up. I cannot STAND playing online games where nobody talks (main reason I never play Wii online)!

I just bought Metal Gear Solid 4, which everyone said was the second coming of christ when it first came out. I must say, so far I'm quite disappointed. It's not bad by any means (in fact I think it's a really quirky and unique game) but it seems like from pretty much all respects, everything Sold 4 does, Uncharted 2 does better. I think the voice acting is really mediocre at best, and the story is just far too long winded and convoluted to be enjoyable. Then again I haven't played any of the other Metal Gear games. Still, I'm only on act one. I'm hoping the environments get more interesting--I'm already getting sick of this dreary desert landscape. Like I said, it's a perfectly fine game, but I don't think it warranted all the 10's.

@Kid_A: It may have deserved the scores at the time, considering that it predated Uncharted 2 by a year and a half. I wouldn't know, having not played it myself. I've played both versions of MGS1 (PS1 original and GCN remake), and it's quite good, but perhaps a bit overhyped. But then, anything, no matter how good, will seem overhyped to SOMEBODY.
