Is it even the same developer as in the original? They seem to be changing the game a whole lot...
The original was developed by Cing (now closed down) and Town Factory. Two of the key staff — Yasuhiro Wada and Yoshiro Kimura — now work at Grasshopper, so I also wonder who of the original team is actually on board.
Tokyo Games Show better answer all my LKS-related questions.
I will say I don't like the graphic style as much. Not so much that it would annoy me but it seems to have the same unnecessary effects as every single next gen game, which gets annoying after a while. The generic anime look with the text has to be a parody though, it's too generic yet stupid otherwise.
But still this game existing is amazing and awesome news even though nothing can make me figure out why this game is a good idea from a financial standpoint(apparently LKS2 > MML3?) But I'm not complaining, good news is still good news, I just hope Vita owners won't be sheep and ignore this game like most Wii owners were.
@kkslider5552000 Asking why one company is making a game when a different company decided to cancel another, completely different game isn't likely to yield any useful results.
NOW I really have to buy a Vita and luckily I have 250 to spare(Thats if Sony intends to keep it at that price). Little Deviants, LBP, Dragon Crown and this game(also PSN) are enough to make me purchase the handheld. Next year can't come soon enough. Now if they decide to bring Dead Space... please

yeah, one company won't give almost anything that isn't 100% instant guaranteed profit a chance anymore and another is pratically doing the complete opposite (willing to give a game a 2nd chance on a much newer (in other words, less owners of the system to buy the game) system just because it's awesome. I respect everyone involved with this no matter how much I question it from a financial standpoint though.)
