One of the devs, Kenneth McCulloch has just been charged with possession of child pornography.
They'll have fun with him in prison. lol
Not sure why people opt for that when there's such a variety available on the Internet. Seriously, go look at the 99% that is perfectly legal. I'm sure the urge is a psychological thing but a rational person should be able to reason themselves out if it and realize the risk is far too great.

He was charged, his computer and other devices were seized, and he was then fired. You can go with the whole 'innocent til proven guilty' thing, but this is not a charge that is commonly a mistake.
If he has child porn on his computer, he his screwed. Considering they are still pursuing the charges after seizing his computer, there is a 99.9% chance they have incriminating evidence.
I'm guessing you're not very familiar with the prison system. People convicted of crimes against children don't get raped, they get physically beaten and mentally tortured. He'll be harassed on a regular basis as being a pedophile.
