Shin Megami Tensei IV - you can play Nocturne and V on the Switch but SMTIV is currently stuck on the 3DS. It just needs a couple of quality of life updates and we're golden.
@Arnie4490 Remasters for SMT IV & Apocalypse for Switch were leaked earlier this year.

@Magician I somehow managed to miss that, fantastic news if true, (I always take leaks with a pinch of salt until they're officially announced). Atlus haven't been the best at keeping future announcements secret recently though.
Psychonauts. One of the top 10 games of all time, and the Switch could easily handle it, it being an 18 year old game. I'd love to see an HD remaster of it.
Psychonauts 2 would be awesome too, but that one is probably too much for the Switch.
You only need to know about my many obsessions, which consist of Lego, Fortnite, Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox games, drawing on my Tablet, Dragon Ball Z, My Hero Academia, Thomas The Tank Engine, Star Wars, and Ninjago.
Kid Icarus: Uprising. This game and all it that is packed in with it cannot lay waste for eternity on the 3DS. Needs to be brought over. Period.
This is a very good answer and would be super high on my list. But the more I think about it the more I'd rather a sequel than a straight port or remaster. As great as the game was it was very much on rails which worked for the 3DS but I think they could do better on the Switch
My first thought was actually one of the 2D Zeldas but again, the more I think about it the more I think I'd rather something entirely new. We already got Link's Awakening so while Oracle of Seasons/Ages or something would be great it'd still be too close given I'm only picking one title. Now Phantom Hourglass or Spirit Tracks I could get behind but then the problem is how well would the touch screen controls translate. I'd rather just a new 2D Zelda entirely
So I'm going to just say Halo, like the original Halo. Purely because Halo on Nintendo hardware would cause the internet to implode and I'd be all for it. Nobody said it had to be realistic so, if I'm going to pick one and only one game that gets ported? Halo is the one with the biggest impact and the one that'd probably get me to onto the eShop to download it the quickest
