@Grumblevolcano Nintendo may show another Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 trailer or reveal Xenoblade Chonicles 3, or reveal the rumored 2.5D Donkey Kong game developed by Nintendo EPD tokyo.

Yeah, there's lots they could do at TGA, even if it's just a new trailer for a confirmed game like Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak or Bayonetta 3. I wouldn't count out the possibility of a Mario movie trailer, as previously mentioned, though.

@Grumblevolcano I REALLY want to see what the animation style is.

I see no reason to believe Advance Wars will get delayed. It's a mostly 1:1 remake like BDSP. In fact it might be even more of one than BDSP.

As for the Game Awards, I agree we won't see gaming news from Nintendo specifically, and will instead get a trailer for the Mario movie.

I could see us getting something from Capcom though, whether it be a trailer for Sunbreak or a reveal for Resident Evil Outrage.

Also, I think it's pretty clear that Triangle Strategy in early March is the next big release after Arceus. There won't be a big February title... but I think that's when we'll get the next Direct, which is when we'll get an eShop title of some kind.

I think they're probably adding online play to AW 1 + 2, which would be a huge change

I'm pretty sure they said online is confirmed.

But I also thought that of Super Monkey Ball, so I don't trust anything anymore.

Been downloading all my games onto my 1TB micro SD card on the OLED Switch, and it's taken about 3 days to get everything re-downloaded. Woke up this morning and there were only 9 games remaining.

Wanted to get that done and over with before continuing to play Metroid Dread. But now that I found that microSD stash cartridge, I'll have to do it all again for the 1TB of games that couldn't fit. That's a lot of downloading.

especulating/predicating what Nintendo could show on tommorow Animal Crossing Direct

Is there any sites that highlight the best games on sale in the Nintendo e-shop? Just been scrolling and seen Golf Story and heard loads of good things so that's a definite buy. But it would be nice to not have to scroll through the whole site hoping stuff jump out at me.

@MightyDemon82 I use Deku Deals : ) They have a section for popular games on sale.
US is the default, but you can switch to UK deals.

@MightyDemon82 @Flippy Seconding Deku Deals, since they have a "hottest games" on sale section. Great site. It also tracks the history of price fluctuations and lets you know when a game hits a new all-time low price in sales.

Insider Nate Drake sugest Switch sucessor could be released on holiday 2022/early 2023

Well, he was wrong about the OLED Switch, confusing it with the successor, so I'm not sure how much stock I'm putting into what he says atm.

Clearly he knows things- he was the first (and only) one to insist DMC Trilogy was coming to Switch. But still. 2022 or early 2023 just doesn't make any logical sense, especially with high Switch sales are right now and with OLED just dropping.

So no, I'm not convinced. OLED buys at least two years before announcing something more. 2024 is my target date.
