I don't think I used pointer controls on Wii U. I guess I didn't think it was a good fit (at least on paper). Guess I could try Deluxe's demo.
You should. If they actually are even close to what the Wiimote controls were, it should be great. I adored the motion controls for Pikmin 3 so much. It was like the most natural thing for Wii motion controls I've played outside of pointer controlled shooters and certain sports games. Absolutely effortless, I don't know how we played Pikmin before this.
Though I'm always surprised people complained about the Wii U gamepad for it. I found it really fun to have it next to me and bring it up for those certain story sections and the map useage and the camera. It was the secondary controller, but going back and forth for different uses was pretty fun I felt (barring the brief second the game took to register you were switching).
Oh, I thought Pikmin was spelled with a D. This isn't the game I was expecting
Actually, I haven't tried Pikmin yet. I'll try it tonight. Lately, online action is the only thing that's been holding my attention (Rocket League). I had been really looking forward to 3D All-Stars, got it, but haven't had the bandwidth for it. I don't know why.
@Magician i came with this estimative based on all the hirings of people of the highest calibre and my knowlege in game development, since i have done a course in game development, game like Metroid Prime 4 is problaby gonna be very expensive for Nintendo to make.
@JaxonH how Pikmin 3 Deluxe play in Handheld Mode?since i play all my games and games my cousin lent me in Handheld Mode, does Pikimin 3 Deluxe use the Touch Screen of Switch or a similar control scheme of Pikimin 1 e 2 on Gamecube?
The gyro pointer option is a bit weird in handheld at first because it emulates pointing a Wiimote, meaning you rotate the system like a steering wheel to move the cursor left and right, since that's how a controller would pivot when pointing at the TV. Once you figure that out though, it works pretty well. Of course, standard controls now work a lot better due to the lock on, so that's a viable method for handheld as well.

Nice to finally see a mod finally using their authority in a properly responsible manner 😁
Having you around could be useful indeed. Can we mandate Monster Hunter next?

Oh boy, I did double-use the word "finally". Too many RGT85 videos (that guy's never learned a word he couldn't repeatedly abuse)

Back to the Pokemon discussion, I feel the Pokemon games that would be best to put on the Switch are Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness. For Switch to really excel in the retro games area, GC needs to appear. Sunshine in 3D All Stars was a good start and I think there's a good chance we could get Wind Waker and/or Twilight Princess next year as part of Zelda 35th anniversary via the Wii U ports but it would be really good to go further.
Hello.
I'm on the eShop, and I see that Killer Queen Black it's 2 dollars. So, if you have the game, is it good? And, is the community active? People still play online?
Thank you

Question is would Nintendo give it a singular release or as part of a collection like Mario Galaxy?
