@JaxonH hey when transferring to a new sd card what is the easiest way you have found?

@JaxonH I know it's not Switch specific and never thought it was, but chances are there are going to be a bunch of Switch games shown. Probably the reason why other Nintendo related websites did report on it. Spiritfarer is a pretty nice looking game and that's already confirmed to be shown (though it has obviously been shown before).

Take the new micro SD and DO NOT put it into the Switch yet. If you do this probably won’t work and you’ll just have to re-download all your games one by one. At least, that’s been my experience with at least 3 micro SD transitions.

Copy old files from original micro SD to computer, and then copy from computer to new micro SD. Don’t format the card, don’t do anything to it. Just stick it in and copy the files onto it. All of them, everything that was on the old micro SD.

Then stick it in the Switch when powered off. Turn on. It may take a minute or two for the cloud icon to go away and show the game is actually downloaded but it should work. At least, it did for all my Sandisk micro SD cards. If you have another brand I can’t make any guarantees but it’s still worth trying.

So between the free Pokemon gifts, the Smash tourney and the Animal Crossing video in April I think June for Nintendo 1st party stuff will look like:

June 5th - 51 Clubhouse Games (already known)
June 8th - 12th (1 day in that range) - Nintendo announces a game for release in August
June 19th - Pokemon Isle of Armor DLC launches
June 22nd - 26th (1 day in that range) - Smash Ultimate ARMS character releases
June 29th or 30th - Nintendo announces the next batch of Animal Crossing updates

I just couldn’t get into Resident Evil HD remake. I’m just not a fan of the fixed angle view. I played it several times and each time I just didn’t really like it much.

But just now, I decided to try Resident Evil 0. Not sure why. I guess because I was downloading the remainder of games I archived on a spare 512gb SD to keep in the kickstand, because why not, and I didn’t have access to the majority of games on my 1TB. so I figured I’d play some thing on the spare SD while the rest was downloading.

And Idk what it is about this one, but I like it. I really do. Maybe it’s the fact this train car seems a lot more manageable (linear) and I don’t feel so overwhelmed being able to explore a mansion in 4 cardinal directions with a fixed viewpoint. And I’m not even sure that would bother me once I see the appeal, but it definitely wasn’t something to get me to see the appeal. This game is showing me why it’s good.

I think I’ll keep playing. I’ve heard complaints about the limited inventory space, and I see I’ve only got like 6 slots. That’s enough for my gun and ammo, two herbs, an ink ribbon to save with, and a spare slot just in case. If I have to I can ditch one of the herbs as well. Stay healed up with only one extra on deck.

REmake is my favorite horror game of all time. It's a masterpiece of game design and atmosphere.

Glad it's on the Switch, considering the Wii U was snubbed when the HD re-release first came out. For a remaster of a GameCube title, no less!

Oh cool, not sure why I didn't realize REmake went to switch. Maybe I'll beat it this time. I'm stuck in a save room with a bunch of runners outside the door on the gamecube version so I gave up on it back in college.

I may give RE Remake another chance after this.

I like the puzzle aspects. Made it to the roof of the train, fell through and got stuck in a room. But used this service lift to send a set of keys out. The keys won’t open the door to the room I’m stuck in but I think they are used elsewhere, I sent my partner to get them, and then saved in the save room and quit. I’ve got to figure out a way to get a sharp object and send it back to the service lift so my partner can unplug the keyhole. And then I’m guessing I need to find the keys to open it after that, or maybe it’ll just open, I don’t know.

No interest whatsoever in the Clubhouse Games collection, but even I'll admit that having the pieces in these games tumble around when you shift the system is a cool bit of detail.

I'm amused that no idea they showed off for Wii U will be forgotten. First it was Star Fox Guard, then it was the Labo Robot Kit, and now this.

@kkslider5552000 I think only Pikmin 4 is left regarding known Wii U projects that haven't materialized yet.

A pang hits my heart every time I see Pikmin 4 mentioned. I'm looking forward to using that Pokemon "it's been 3000 years..." meme when they finally show it off.

I want Pikmin 4 as well. It seems like it disappeared into the ether.

But, listen, hear me out: maybe... maybe the real Pikmin 4 was the friends we made along the way.

I've basically given up on Pikmin 4. If it comes, great, but I've already made my peace with it.

I'm just desperate to get Pikmin 3 at this point.

I understand. I'd be mortified if it turned out that SMT V was vaporware. I'd already be nervous if I wasn't used to Atlus announcing games years earlier than they ought to.

If we get Pikmin 3 this year, though, I think we'll likely see a Pikmin 4 the next year. So we'll see.

And I loved Pikmin 3. It’s been 7 years now. I can’t remember any of the stages, layouts or solutions. It’ll feel as new as Pikmin 4.

At least, that’s what I’ve convinced myself of, anyways.

Well, look, cold pizza is gross. Fresh pizza is tasty.

But, you know, if you take cold pizza, stick it in an air fryer, season it a bit... I mean, it's not FRESH, but it's closer to that side of the equation. It's quite yummy.

Pikmin 3 with gyro + touch controls, all DLC, Switch-exclusive content, and fully playable in handheld mode is properly rewarmed pizza.
