@redd214 I meant the original, just in case you misunderstood. I've played Human Revolution on Wii U. Good, but I wouldn't double dip on it I don't think, not unless gyro aiming obvs.

Rest in peace Best Buy Unlocked Gamer's Club 20% discount -my membership discount ends today. I joined the club for $30 US to buy Mario Odyssey at release, and now, I used the discount one last time to pre-order Luigi's Mansion 3. I definitely got my money's worth with that club deal.
Side note, I was amazed how the club was designed to be shared with FRIENDS and family, which I only discovered that this summer. The club account was designed for multiple users, but wasn't advertised to do that. For the last few months of the membership I was buying games on bestbuy's website for my friend (three time zones away), so he could pick them up at his California Best Buy.
@gcunit oh gotcha, never played the first 2. Never been a fan of gyro controls but I know some folks swear by them. At this point all switch games with a shooting mechanic should have the option at least.
@redd214 It's a shame the series ages so badly. DX:HR Director's Cut fixed some of the poor aging of HR - but that became somewhat unavailable. I'd LOVE to see a total remake of the original. One of the best game experiences ever, but the gameplay massively doesn't hold up today (and by the end go tenuous in its day.) That was when Spector didn't suck. I'd also love to see a remake of IW....mostly because the original blew it big time, mostly by trying to constrain itself to fit the OG XBox.
Awesome! I recently googled for this with no luck, so this is a pleasant surprise. I played the original a lot. I remember having fun with the custom maps; I don't really remember how that worked back in the days...
@toiletduck yeah I never actually played the full game. I do remember it being on one of those ps1 demo discs when I was a kid and spending many many hours going thru what I assume is the first level. My brother and I had that entire thing memorized to the Pixel lol!
Tonight I had to fight the spider boss a second time, though I won on my first try since the strategy wasn't much different,and seemed to kill him for good this time, and more recently beat a giant bird boss, and while I beat him on my second try it was still pretty nerve wrecking because I had to fight a bunch of regular enemies (including a new type) through two cramped rooms with bad camera angles before I got a chance to save.
Got a couple new weapons though, and finally saved up enough orbs for the double jump (though it can only be used with a certain weapon equipped).

LABO 04 (VR) has gotten a good amount of post-launch content in the form of minigames. I've gotta go back and tinker with it this week. My favs are still the Marble and Bird Adventure games.
