Skyward Sword HD seems the most likely, apart from the fact that the Wii U ports to Switch seem to have sold well enough that the fact Wind Waker and Twilight Princess HD were only relatively recently released could be a moot point.
I'd probably end up eventually getting Wind Waker and TP again, but no way would I pay full price for them.
Wind Waker / Twilight Princess seems more likely to me currently simply because it's less effort. I do think we will get Skyward Sword at some point this generation, but not so close to the remaking of Link's Awakening.
I used to think Skyward Sword HD was most likely but with the Switch Lite existing I think it's the least likely out of the 3D Zelda games because of the motion controls. Same way I think the next Mario Party will have button controls like 1-7 rather than motion controls like 8 - Super.
@Grumblevolcano Skyward Sword is in desperate need of a reprint. It severely undersold but cost a pretty penny to make. Nintendo doesn't like losing R&D money. They'll port it, even if they remake it with button controls + some new gimmick to replace the fun of the sword. Plus I doubt BotW 2 will be out for the next few years. They need their annual Zelda income from somewhere.
Oh I'm going to need that CE for Rune Factory 4. This year has been horrible for saving money for me.

@JaxonH Maybe I'm forgetting something, but didn't W101 already allow you to play those segments in off screen mode? They just used Picture in Picture, with your character on the big screen.
I still hope that it comes over so much. If it gets some additional control options that people like, it could actually take off after the success Astral Chain has seen.
Nah. Already own it on 3DS and still have yet to play it.
I'm surprised the remaster is launching for the same price that the original release did on 3DS. I wish we could get more pricing like that from Nintendo. Link's Awakening would be a much easier sell at $39.99.
On a serious note it would be an easier sell for budget games to be $40. For example, Sushi Striker flopped real hard because it was $50 for an idea so bizarre and niche and unfortunately "cheap-looking".
I don't hear a lot about it, but Snack World might be one of my most anticipated games of 2020. It's the closest thing we're ever getting to a Fantasy Life follow-up on Switch, most likely.
@EvilLucario Honestly, Sushi Striker is a no-go for me even a lower price. What a bizarre game. And not in an endearing 'Deadly Premonition' sort of way.
Speaking of games that cost too much... Deadly Premonition should have launched at $19.99.
@link3710 Yeah, all of W101 could be played in Off-TV mode. That's how I played it, however I have to admit it didn't really play that well that way. It was more cumbersome than it ought to have been, and drawing shapes didn't go as swimmingly as one could hope.
@EvilLucario I already supported Rune Factory years ago. I loved it, but I don't have a need to play it again. I'll gladly support 5 though if it happens!
Oh cool snack world. Sushi Striker is hilarious, although the difficulty spikes a bit. I'm sad that one flopped but I expected it.

@Ryu_Niiyama Sushi Striker failing at $50 for a "mobile looking game" was a given. Shame they couldn't price it appropriately. I loved that game. The difficulty spike was extreme, but manageable unlike many games.
@EvilLucario Having never played a Rune Factory before I'm looking forwards to getting it this time! It was always just poor timing for me to get into the series before, strapped for cash as I was back then. Assuming I like it, I'll probably be back for 5 too. Glad you mentioned it, I had no idea it wasn't going to be available through normal retailers until I just double checked.
@Grumblevolcano Don't you mean 8.0.1 (or 2 or 3, whichever they're on?) If it's an emergency patch, they won't go up a full system number.
