That's cool. Xenoblade Chronicles is a very ugly looking game on an HDTV, so it'll be nice to play a version that is actually designed with modern hardware in mind. Hopefully they tweak some stuff about the game as well. Already liking the revised character designs.
Poor Xenoblade 3DS will be pretty much pointless now, though.
@DarkRula honestly I didn't actually say it but I really meant the Wii era ones. Those were the best anyway . It would be so dope if we got a Wii era lego game collection with say...
Indiana Jones
Indiana Jones 2
Star Wars the Complete Saga
Pirates
And maybe a collection or ports of the newish ones
A pretty decent direct all around (bolstered by the fact that they didn't really need to announce anything), but the one more thing was... a bit of a whimper to end it. XC1 getting remastered is... Well it's a gorgeous game but we already have had it twice in the last ten years.
As for the rest of it? Additional Smash DLC is amazing, and Terry probably deserves to be in even if I don't care about him. Jedi Outcast is great, SNES is wonderful of course (I love the selection), TMS #FE was one of my top wishes, Super Kirby Clash looks fun (hopefully it won't be killed by microtransactions), Overwatch is great for people who are interested,
Oh my gosh, Divinity Original Sin 2? Switch was already competing for best RPG library on a portable of all time. But at this point I feel like it’s just beating a dead horse to a pulp. Stop... stop Switch, it’s already dead!

@Ralizah
Xenoblade 3D was cool at the time, because it was one of the biggest and most grand RPG‘s to ever release on a handheld. It took a major hit, but it was totally playable and the essence of the game was still intact. I appreciated it for what it was.
That said.
Screw that 3DS version, we’re getting a Switch Remake!!!
Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
But uh, yeah, I rewatched the Xenoblade Chronicles trailer since my stream was at like, 240p at that point, and it's clearly a significant improvement, so I'm actually on board now. Where's the confirmation of new content though?
A lot of stuff we already knew, or guessed, but I'm excited for Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, and Tokyo Mirage Sessions if they uncensor it.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
Oh yeah. Toby Fox doing the music for Town. That's... weird. Not a bad choice, though. Undertale's music was quite catchy.
@JaxonH Honestly, it didn't look much worse on 3DS when compared to a big HDTV. It's ugly either way. And I didn't care for the character designs. Glad this is a full on remake.
Expected $29.99/yr pricing tier But We Got no extra charge
Expected a drip feed over the next 12 months But We Got 20 games all at once
Expected At least one of the big three to be MIA But We Got Super Metroid, Zelda Link to the Past and Super Mario World
Expected $100 controller set that attached to the system But We Got a 29.99 option with USB-C, and no funky sliding rails
The Switch Online Service just got interesting. Dare I even say... worth the cost. Finally. Missing features we want still? Oh of course. But for 19.99/yr getting a slew of NES and SNES, cloud saves, vouchers, Tetris... ya. I’ll say it. Nintendo Switch Online is officially worth the price (even if it could still improve)

@JaxonH Vouchers are MIA in the U.S. now, and they don't get points on cloud saves until they cover games like Animal Crossing and Splatoon 2 that would most benefit from it.
