activision has been using battle.net for their multiplayer hit titles (CODBO4 & Destiny 2). although, i think Spyro would fit better on other PC apps (Steam, Gog etc.) if it is coming.
Spyro will be at SDCC, maybe they are making the announcement there for switch/pc release?

Switch announcement will probably be saved for whenever the next Direct is. The March Direct was when the official announcement of Crash for Switch happened after all.
Sorry for interrupting the Spyro discussion, but how difficult are the Azure Striker Gunvolt games?
I decided to watch the trailer for the Striker Pack when I was browsing the eShop earlier, and it really caught my attention, but I really haven't played anything similar other than Mega Man: Dr Wily's Revenge on 3DS years ago, and while I enjoyed it, there was no way I could beat it without save states (the first four levels weren't that bad, and in fact I got quite adept at easily beating them, but that 5 boss in a row challenge in Wily's Castle got me every time without save states).
Other than that, the only remotely similar thing I've played are the 2D Metroid games, and even then they're probably only similar in their Sci-Fi theme (the only one of these I had to get help with is the original).

@RR529 Azure Strike I heard is closer to the Zero games on DS. If you want something similar to Mega Man in Dr Wily's then look to the Mighty Gunvolt series. They aren't to difficult and with Might Gunvolt Burst there are tons of customizations you can do to make the game as easy or hard as you want. Stuff like how much damage you take and do and how fast your shots fire stuff like that.
I have played through and beat both of the Might Gunvolt and can't recommend them enough!!!

I decided to add the Striker Pack & Mighty Gunvolt Burst to my physical & digital lotteries respectively (since there are so many Switch games out that I'm interested in, I put my purchases in the hands of a random draw, so I don't constantly get sucked up into release hype and perpetually ignore older releases).
Since I just completed YS VIII I just held my first draw and drew Gal Gun 2, so it looks like that'll be my next retail purchase.

Rollercoaster Tycoon Adventures is coming at the end of this year on the Switch. The game is a new game en developed by NVizzio. Don't know what to think about it. They also developed Touch and that was not a game I liked.
I really hope that the game is based on the first two games of the Rollercoaster Tycoon series.
@Snadertjuh Anything after 3 was either crap or a simple cash grab. Atari has no intention of making a proper game it seems, and the only reason they're trying it on Switch is because most Switch games seem to sell regardless of quality, especially those with a big name behind it. Get the classics on GOG or Steam, they're still good games.
Yeah, Chris Sawyer was the mind behind RCT. Once he left it, it really wasn't RCT anymore at all....you can't keep a series made by the master of sims going once the master leaves.
@Octane Atari released poor quality cash grabs? Say it an't so! I can't believe the company who I trusted for solid classics like E.T. so many years ago has turned to such a sad state. How the mighty have fallen.
Funny we're talking about RollerCoaster Tycoon when I just loaded up the first game again last night. Ah man, I love/d RollerCoaster Tycoon. Back in middle school, I had this huge park that had intracate sky-walkways, rollercoasters that started above ground and could go all the way down underground... that was so cool.
Metroid, Xenoblade, EarthBound shill
I run a YouTube/Twitch channel for fun. Check me out if you want to!
Please let me know before you send me a FC request, thanks.
After re-reading some reviews I decided that I didn't really want Gal Gun 2 (it was the only game on the list I was somewhat hesitant to include in the first place), so I drew again and got Captain Toad, so I just ordered it.
At least I saved myself a few bucks.
