Super Meat Boy is listed on the eShop as releasing on January 11th, which is the day the Direct is rumored for. Maybe Nintendo will pull a "You can buy this right now" during a Direct on January 11th? Just a thought.

@Krull I've only turned off my Switch twice since I bought it in March of last year. never had a problem with overheating and battery life. You may want to make that call to the big N.

Ehhh they would have to show off some secret DLC to do that. Nintendo only does that with games that are previously unannounced or have unannounced dates.

My fan has been running pretty rough the past week, to the point I thought the main console had HD rumble in it. (No exaggeration). Had anyone else experienced this? I want to bring it in but want to finish Xenoblade 2 so I don't loose my 112 hrs of gameplay lol.

@zionich Is the problem with docked, handheld or both?

@zionich I haven't had that issue in handheld mode but it's happened a few times over the past 9 months in docked mode. Could be Xenoblade 2 related? (I haven't played that in handheld mode)

With the news Rocket League has now sold 40 million, I thought that surely must make it one of the highest selling games of all time. Right enough, it is.

Every chance it's already overtaken SMB.

I suppose that figure is slightly skewed given that it was a 'free' download for a month on PSN (which probably accounted for a few million of those 'sales') ..even so, those are impressive numbers indeed -
many other games have been free on PSN and not got anywhere close to that figure - and I'm sure that they've sold many, many millions more since then!

Richly deserved too! ..my personal 'Game of the Decade' (so far!)
