Just spotted The Sexy Brutale on the Eshop,it releases next week and will cost £17.99 . I've read that it's a really good game. Had a look on Metacritic, it's rated 77%.Jim Sterling awarded 10/10 saying it deserves as much attention as Zelda, Persona 5 and Horizon. Push Square gave it a 9/10. One to look forward to it seems. Riptide Renegade next week too, which is also meant to be good. It's not Waverace and it won't be as good as that but it could scratch that itch a little. It looks a lot better than that other one that just came out. It's a lot cheaper too.
@JaxonH It's still a shame Nintendo hasn't given MK8 Deluxe DLC yet, it's doing so well everywhere since its launch in April and I'm sure plenty of them would want to get even more new tracks, characters and battle arenas. That said, I understand it would distract from other games especially ARMS.
I told myself I'm not going to spend more than $60 on the Switch the rest of the year. I want Xenoblade Chronicles 2. But I will probably also want that Zelda story DLC. And I want to play The Sexy Brutale. And those RE games released recently. And Yooka-Laylee is releasing soon. Not to mention Tiny Metal.
ARGH.
I guess "there are way too many games that I want to play" is a better problem to have than "the next good game is six months away," as often happened with the Wii U.
After Star Fox Zero was ridiculed for a 'unique' control scheme, do we really think Nintendo still thinks it needs to do that for F-Zero? I'd say they have been teasing a new game in the series with the MK8 DLC. And speaking of MK8 DLC, it was announced three months before release. Plenty of time for a January Direct to give us details before a March or April release. Though, as said, a Deluxe version is supposed to be a complete edition.
I'd do Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Resident Evil Revelations Collection and Zelda BotW DLC. That's only an extra $60 (cost of one game). And even less with GCU.
This is a rare time for us Nintendo fans with so many good games. Indulge a bit and enjoy it!
@Octane
I think a remaster could be in order. F-Zero GX HD. I'd bite (And be drooling in the process).
@DarkRula If the MK8 DLC was hinting at a new F-Zero then there's going to also going to be a new Excitebike.
Excitebike - Excitebike Arena
F-Zero - Mute City, Big Blue
LoZ - Hyrule Circuit
Animal Crossing - Animal Crossing
Splatoon - Urchin Underpass
LoZ had BotW, Animal Crossing will have a Switch main series game (Nintendo's comments about the mobile game last year basically confirms its existence) and Splatoon has Splatoon 2.
@JaxonH Everyone has different financial situations and commitments though. Personally I try to limit my spending on games because I can only play so many of them and the money can be spent on other things instead.
We're lucky at the moment to have so many high quality options to buy in to on the Switch. There's a diversity of quality that I've not seen on a Nintendo format for a long, long time. Maybe since the SNES.
@Grumblevolcano So, about Animal Crossing. The thing is, Pocket Camp was held back so much that I'm not putting much stock in what they said back then. Who knows how much it changed during its secretive development. As far as I know there's been no mention of connectivity with a console game since Pocket Camp was revealed, and that worries me. It may be a sign that we're not getting AC on Switch for a long time yet. I'd love to be wrong, of course.
I can afford what ever switch game I want the problem is should I?! Time, family, and responsibly all play a factor. I've never bought so many games for one system in my life as I've spent this year alone on the Switch and that's not including 3ds games. Not to mention each one of my kids will get one Switch game and 3ds (3 children)game for CHRISTmas. Just the last month and this alone puts me at about 15 to 16 games in 2 months and like was just said there's more I want this month. I'm pretty close to owning more games for the Switch then I did for the whole life of the Wii U. One more year should do it.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
Well recieved my switch not long ago. Applied my screen protector straight of the box and my nyko thin case and not it's charging. Ready for late...a question those as I don't have a sd card yet. Is it possible save to internal storage then transfer to SD card? Also for anyone in UK. Check your local Argos as they are selling xenoblade for £29.99 just picked that up
