@GrailUK You're right...they already pulled this stunt with DBZ and then, hilariously, Project Cars 2, as if ANY Nintendo fan would put money anywhere near those bas*****.
I'm sure there are more too.

@NEStalgia At first I was thinking like the system Sony had ages ago with the PSP and Media Go - where the app had a store you could download the games from then transfer them to the PSP. After I'd posted, I remembered the ideal set-up I'd have which is similar to what you stated. If super-fast transfers are possible without needing the internet, such a system would be even better by allowing many gigabytes of data to be downloaded in minutes.
Admittedly, I'd love Tekken 7 on the Switch, considering I haven't played a Tekken game since TT2 on the Wii U, it'd satisfy my Tekken cravings for the generation. But... Soul Calibur VI would be much more my speed if it's anything like the II III or IV. If they could manage to include Link again... oh man.
I'd buy it for the lack of anything else close to that on a Nintendo system. Gear club in having fun with but it's just not the same. With that said it ain't coming.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
I hope RE Revelations exceeds Capcom's expectations. That would be the final surety to know that yup, they're gonna lock and load as many multiplats as possible going forward. After Street Fighter exceeding expectations and Monster Hunter, if Resident Evil did the same they'd for sure double down on Switch.
They likely already are, but it would just be one final piece of evidence to convince them Switch games will sell and will sell exceedingly well.
Hard to say if the games will though. Seems they didn't ship many copies and didn't even release physical in EU, and places are selling out... So it's looking good.

@GrailUK After the fiasco of the first Project Cars on Wiiu. Project Cars 2 is never coming to the Switch. If it does come over? It ain't selling.
Not sure I agree it wouldn't sell. To be honest I not sure just how project cars 2 would look and perform on switch. It would take some serious downgrade and then there is the matter of no analogue triggers.

Considering Tekken 7 only runs at 720p on Xbox one it does make me wonder if they could get a capable version on switch.
@link3710 I'd personally be over the moon with the original Soul Calibur with Dreamcast graphics but in HD and with online play. That was a truly incredible game for its time, the first time you could honestly say what you were playing was as good as the best arcades could offer. It the last time I've ever been genuinely blown away by a game's graphics and after recently watching some gameplay from it, it still holds up really well I think.
I think I've predicted early in their life cycles that both the Wii U and now the Switch would be in 2nd place behind the PS4. I feel like my overestimating for Wii U is being made up by Switch, if what I've heard about its current holiday success is any indication.
@OorWullie I'd probably flip for that too, only reason I hadn't mentioned it is I haven't played it yet. So a remake would be amazing for me too. That said, watching a video, I'd be fine with an updated UI (and announcer voice), those graphics are great still.
@Ralizah I was disappointed Rive wasn't on the list. I don't own it but it does look good. Problem now is games on sale have slowly taken over the bottom half of the list.
Idk if it's because the games have had less than 24 hours to sell... or if people genuinely have no interest (which would be a shame given just how good these games are and how amazing it is playing them with motion controls- the likes of which people have begged for since RE4 Wii, and given how cheap they cost).
For $19.99 we're talking the price of most indie games. And both of these have that AAA quality feel to them. Both of them have incredible features incl. with some of the best motion controls (which people have been wanting for a decade now), and now we finally have motion in the two best RE games I've ever played, on Switch, full Xbox One quality on console and Wii U quality on handheld, in full HD with amiibo content...
It's just mind blowing how much content and value you're getting for your money. Add in RAID mode too? Gosh dang. Basically the cost of Stardew Valley or Sonic Mania... heck it's even 50% cheaper than Namco Museum! Two of the best Resident Evil games ever made with motion controls with amiibo content, full HD, great performance, full online co-op, local wireless co-op or splitscreen co-op...
I wish I was a millionaire because I would buy these two games for every single person on the Internet. They deserve to be in the hands of every single Switch owner. I envision an entire forum here dedicated just to playing RAID mode with others.

@Spoony_Tech RIVE is kinda-sorta on sale in the sense that it's being sold at a cheaper price for its first two weeks. I can't say anything, though: the money I'd originally set aside for RIVE went to The Mummy Demastered instead.
@JaxonH Weren't they available for pre-purchase, too? The lack of any sort of hype for these games is a little surprising, I'll admit. Especially considering how well that stupid $40 version of Street Fighter II sold.
