Tomorrow is the NWC so we may see new game announcements. 2015 had Earthbound Beginnings, Metroid Prime Blast Ball as well as a further look at the already announced Yoshi's Woolly World and Super Mario Maker.
I just got call from my retailer to tell me that they CAN'T find the dead pixels (bright pixels) ... and they told me even if they find them they have to be more than 7 in order to give me new unit. And now I can't return it. At least the pixels are not noticeable during gameplay.
Wargaming's dev Darold Higa opened on bringing World of Tanks to Switch, depends on the install base:
Everybody is asking me this question and it’s not like we don’t have a lot of Switches in the office. Because World of Tanks is free-to-play and because we don’t have an ‘in’ on that ecosystem we have to see what the install base is. It has to reach a certain install base before we can include it [in our plans]. The way it works is that, because we aren’t selling a retail product, we do need a large number of players to support the cost of implementing the platform.
It’s more just a question of, we have to have an economically viable product. That’s why we have to watch the numbers real closely, and the executive team is always keeping track.
@Octane The triggers, like any controller when you put them down, rest. The triggers are designed in such a way that when placed on a surface, if youll see, they rest on the raised plastic back, not the actual button or mechanism itself. Furthermore, the shape of the trigger, unlike the DS4, is not only made in a way to ensure it doesn't come into contact with the resting surface, but that it also cant be activated by movement, because as we know, the DS4 rests on the trigger mechanism and its shape means it can be activated if the controller slides backwards.
The joy-con triggers are raised off the surface, and wont activate due to their shape. You'll be fine.

@Octane Your case is much the same as mine, just mines has a slightly different design on the outside. Just place the Switch with the Joy-con attached facing up and your good to go. There's enough space to protect to control sticks and the triggers are at no risk of being damaged. The case is pretty sturdy.
@BLP_Software@OorWullie Yeah, ok. I was just wondering, because it's bit weird having no support underneath the console itself at all. Maybe I'll add a bit of padding myself.
@Octane There is space for some padding, but the controller is designed in a way that it wont activate triggers when you just put the damn thing down (Thanks Sony for that design when using YouTube you morons!).

@Octane How did you get on with connecting it to your router? I've just been skimming through the forum the past few days and haven't had much time to take part. I had issues connecting mine too and just as I seemed to resolve it my landlord appeared with a new router which connects no problem. My only issue now is, when I'm downloading something it keeps stopping, saying there was an error with download please try again,or something like that. It does my head in, especially as all my games bar FIFA are digital. Sometimes it only download as little as10mb before stopping. For some bizarre reason the Switch doesn't retry to download again on it's own. Now I'm back in the UK using my parents router I'm not having this issue so at least know it's not my Switch. Still, only Nintendo devices do I seem to ever have issues connecting to internet.
