@Octane It was always Wii U/NX, and the Wii U part was based on whaat happened pre-Switch. As we know, it's now unfeasible. I mean, in theory I COULD, but Switch is safer.

@BLP_Software The first thing that pops into my head is Metroid Prime: Federation Force. With just Prime as the title,MP comes to mind,as a Nintendo fan it obviously would but with the new title, even more so.
If I was to give my honest opinion,Data Defender doesn't sound very exciting. Those BBC learning videos we had to watch at primary school, the ones that try to make a boring subject exciting, are what come to mind.Without knowing what kind of game it is though and how the title relates to the game,it's hard to really give an honest opinion.
Its a Spyro style game set in cyberspace. Its in no way intended to be pushed as a successor to Spyro, god forbid, but a few things such as the collection of "data packets" (See: Gems) to clear road blocks in the smallish Hub area/levels (Which actually are based on popup ads, so get ready for single women and making $356 per day from home), but how enemies (viruses and malware) work, how levels are structured, what the main character (antivirus software) can do, and obviously thematics will differ.
When we have a prototype I am actually happy with (Other things have kept me busy after all) and we get closer to the time to crowdfund the project, I will need to ask all NL members about something regarding the Joy Con as standalone controllers, just to see if it would be an option worth doing.
And yes, I know I said crowdfunding and for a Nintendo fan like myself and yourselves, thats already alarm bells ringing. I want to stress this will be either Switch exclusive permanently, or for a very long time, as no other versions are remotely near consideration, and secondly, when/if funded, it will come out for Switch.
No unforeseen technical problems. No lack of budget. I want to know how much it will be in total, and then to guarantee you guys the game on Switch.

@BLP_Software I've had that happen to me no less then 4 to 5 times already. I figure it's no big deal and just like you hold down the power till it switches off. Seems I had to do that to the Wii U quite a few times. Hopefully with more updates these problems will be minimized.

So they added a Best Sellers section on the eShop. It's a start, but it still needs more categories. A "Recommended for You" section and a "Trending" section would make the most sense.
Another weird software quirk I had with my switch was, it just didn't connect to the WiFi. Well, it did, but for whatever reason it never passed the test connection. It instantly failed every time, even though it said it was connected to the router. Had to do a hard reset to get it to work again. I guess it's nothing too serious, but yeah there's definitely some OS issues, for as pretty and fast as it is
These are the 15 best-selling Nintendo Switch games
Below, you'll find a list of the 15 best-selling Nintendo Switch games, though keep in mind that this is only digital downloads, which is why Breath of the Wild isn't at the top of the list.
1. Snipperclips
2. Snake Pass
3. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove
4. FAST RMX
5. Has-Been Heroes
6. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+
7. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
8. ACA NeoGeo Metal Slug
9. Blaster Master Zero
10. 1-2 Switch
11. ACA NeoGeo Metal Slug 3
12. Super Bomberman R
13. I Am Setsuna
14. ACA NeoGeo The King of Fighters '98
15. World of Goo
I'm hearing a lot of good things about Snake pass and how it holds up pretty good to the other versions except in handheld mode where oddly it doesn't look good at all.

@BLP_Software Yeah BotW & the OS froze like that on me once, too. Restarting the machine with the sleep button worked. Still better than the first 5 months of the WiiU when the system would hard lock and even the front power button didn't work so I had to remove and unwire the entire thing just to get behind it and unplug it, sometimes a few times a SESSION. The Spring patches fixed that, but that was awful.
Heck PS4 froze for years like that. Still does from time to time. It's "normal". Happened only once in BoTW, though, and that was before the latest firmware.
@Operative2-0 I've had that wifi issue 3 times so far. It's not just wifi actually, it happened on wired one or two of those times, so it's network in general.
@gcunit LOL, true. I guess it's the least niche of the download games and had a lot of hype. RMX is amazing, but it's certainly not for everyone with it's twitch play, and half the other downloads are retro styled graphics for the most powerful handheld of all time Snake Pass wins by default.
@Spoony_Tech I'm not sure about all the fuss for handheld, it looks good on the small screen. Everything is a little "soft" in the game in general due to the lower res and necessity of excessive anti-aliasing due to the nature of the snake shape, but it doesn't look bad or ugly. It looks nice. Personally it's the kind of game that plays best on a handheld, to me.
