I thought Super Princess Peach 2 (TBA) was easily the highlight of the Direct, but then Nintendo dropped this delectable chestnut on our laps.
I've been wishing and hoping for a Smooth Moves sequel for the better part of the last 13 years, but even I was caught a little off-guard with this announcement.
Hell, I would have taken a barebones Smooth Moves port, but this... chef's kiss
I was grinning like a dork throughout the entire trailer.
My only disappointment so far is that it's limited to 4 players, while Smooth Moves supported up to 12 players with a single Wii Remote.
Porygon did nothing wrong.

I love that they're going back to the absolute weirdness and motion controls of the Wii games. I skipped past Get it Together but this one definitely got my attention! Especially with the references to other Nintendo games

Currently playing:
Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition (Switch)
Balatro (PC)
@StarPoint : As disappointed as I was with Get It Together for playing it safe, I still got over 185 hours out of it, and it's easily one of my most played Switch games.
If you like the series, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised.
But Smooth Moves is easily the best game in the series though.

Very few games with motion controls-only interest me, especially when they're $50.
I'll probably skip this one, I probably only need one WarioWare on Switch myself (already have Get It Together).
Ironic that I reached the end credits of Get It Together over the weekend after letting it sit in my backlog for several months lol. I bought it digital on discount. This one looks a lot like a Smooth Moves successor. I just played that one for the first time last year and absolutely loved it. It's my favorite WarioWare title, tied with WarioWare: Gold.
I hope this game has a stage based on "GAMER" from Game & Wario, called "Sneaky Gamer" in WarioWare Gold.
It would have all standard button based microgames only found in this mode but then you use to Joy-Cons to cover 9-Volt to keep him being caught by 5-Volt. The micro games could be in a comic bubble coming from the system since the screen doesn't have to be very big for GBA styled micro games.
I’ve been playing Smooth Moves in order to prepare for Move It and it’s fun! I do wish the Wii controls were better though, some of the microgames feel like they don’t respond well sometimes. Hopefully the controls are better in Move It (they should bring back the Form Baton screens but for the joycons)
@Croctopus How did they manage to make it even more chaotic than the other games in the series, It looks super fun! Hoping the joycons control better than the Wii remote in Smooth Moves since it was a pain for the Wii to properly detect the remote sometimes. Also it looks like there’s a large focus on multiplayer, idk anyone who are Warioware fans so hopefully there’s enough single player content
