I finished up Giraffe and Annika earlier this morning (good game btw) and moved on to the next game in the NIS America pile, and decided on this. I'm...really quite surprised, a mashup of mystery dungeon and tamagotchi? I wasn't expecting that combination. Anywho, I'm only an hour in.

Five hours in now. At about the four-hour mark I ran into my first hurdle, rng. The three main things you bring back from dungeons are food for Toriko (your human pet), story-tied materials, and blueprints for furniture, skills, classes, etc.
The furniture blueprints are your source of permanent stat gains, allowing you to go deeper into dungeons. Unfortunately, these drops are random. You may not see any one run, or get several in the next run. Inventory is expandable but still pretty limited. You'll need to make hard choices and attempt several runs to progress your character and the story.
