@NintendoByNature - I so wish I had control of where this was going, and what is being said, but I’m hanging on for dear life. Thanks for understanding... Now back to the story, it’s not hard to find; ninjas are not just of the body, but of the mind. That was the word that their master instructed, but a letter from Shredder had Splinter abducted. That was the last straw, spring into action, step on the Foot and now they’re gonna lose traction.

@bimmy-lee you are now rap man from credits in the first movie. I approve of this.

@Tasuki ah, thanks for the info. So were they concerned that it'd look like whitewashing if they made shredder an american otaku? (if you'll pardon my phrasing). I kinda get that....but on the other hand audiences are pretty keen to hasty rewrites. Sounds like they did a poor job of covering their butts. With a villain as iconic as Shredder they really needed to do it justice.

@Losermagnet Right I am honesty surprised that it made it as far as it did without
someone saying something but I don't know the whole store behind the development of the movie.

What's even funny is by the time they did the rewrite they didn't have time to make the change in the video game of the movie so in that Eric Sacks is The Shredder.

But yeah as I said before you can skip the first one and just watch the second one.

My one disappointment of e3 is that we didn’t get any new info on this one... unless I missed something? Does anyone’s extended family member work in the industry? Perhaps Beepo, Lord Zed, or some other celebrity YT guesser has leaked info I missed? Anything? I’m shell shocked.

Really hoping we get a release date tomorrow. I think I had it in my head that it was coming 2022, but it does say 2021 on nintendo.com so maybe there's a possibility it'll be discussed during the indie world. It'll make my day for sure.

@NintendoByNature For some reason my lizard brain didn't realize that TMNT could be announced at the indie direct. Thanks for the post - here's hoping we get some news! I'm ready to unironically say "cowabunga" and eat a ton of pizza (although i often do that on the weekends anyway).

I wonder what the original and new dates are? If It was late November and it's now January it's not too big a deal.
