Topic: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

I went to go buy a couple mii costumes last night thru the actual game, and It didn't show the ff7 characters yet. Are they usually just available the day the launch and not for pre-order? Sorry, it's the first time I'm buying any dlc related to smash.

Speaking of Sephiroth releasing today,
Since Sephiroth has been announced and releasing (today), this means that my Square Enix theory regarding Smash DLC fighters has been proven correct.
I don't believe I've posted it on Nintendo Life, so I will share my theory:

• My theory was that Square Enix was going was to get another representative in Fighter Pass 2, whether it was Geno, Sephiroth, or another Square Enix rep. I say this because Square Enix is the only company that has gotten a Smash DLC fighter in every round of DLC, whether that was in Smash Wii U's DLC fighters or in Fighter Pass 1. So, I figured that the pattern would continue with Fighter Pass 2.

So it's live. Stupid question, I also got Barrett mii costume. Why don't I see it on the character select screen?

It's a mii fighter costume. You have to:
1. Go to "Games and More"
2. Go to "Mii Fighter"
3. Select "Gunner"
4. For hat, select "Barrett Hat"
5. For Outfit, select "Barrett Outfit"
6. Name your Mii "Barrett"
7. On the character select screen, select "Mii Gunner"
8. Select Barrett.
9. Enjoy your mii Fighter!

Oops, I don't have the DLC. Just Guessing on that. Whoops!

@Northwind Well, is compreensible but I yet think we can see a monster hunter character. Even the customization thing letting the chances a little lower than others.
