Topic: Super Mario Maker 2 Level Sharing

@MrGreggyS, interesting idea for a level, but I had to give up on it because it was too difficult.

My next level is out! It's based on the Waves (holes cracking open in a dark sky with tons of monsters pouring out, and eventually the Wave boss appears) from the anime Rising of the Shield Hero. I might've gone a little overboard on the sound effects with this one 🤣. Here's the ID:

Edit: also, since I'm most likely getting a Switch 2 early next year, I moved up my level upload schedule again, so all of them will be uploaded by the end of December 2025. I'm not canceling any level plans that I already made, I'm just moving them up again to make room in my gaming schedule for upcoming games.

I finally played your eleven level super world. Cute levels! It took me a while to find the hidden star on your optional level though 😆 I was trying to kill that blarg with a boomerang and failing horribly.

@ShieldHero congrats on the upcoming Switch 2! Hopefully we will get super mario maker 3 in 2027, fingers crossed.

735-9FK-D7G this is first level of my super world that I’ve paused work on the play other games there are currently 3 levels, 1 opening cutscene and one boss level when completed I hope to have 2 more cutscenes 3 more boss levels and 5-6 more levels

I’ve played through some of the levels and the Metroid one is amazing I only got to play through w1 of robot99 so far but it’s pretty good the water gimmick is the highlight so far

@ShieldHero i played the levels in your super world! you can definitely tell you really took the time to design and plan out the courses, WHILE maintaining your own style. its soooo well done. i love finding all the little secrets! i have to admit the bowser one made me rage quit, but i might return to it at some point! cant wait to see what work of art you release next!

I've been working ahead on some levels and one of my levels has a description that goes like this:

"On ground theme night mode, SMB2 mushrooms jump when you do"

However, every time I OK it, I get this message:

"This message contains more than four numbers or it contains a word that can't be used in this game."

I know that this game has a swear filter when uploading courses to Course World, but my description doesn't have more than 4 numbers or any swears, so what the heck is wrong with my description?! 🤯

@ShieldHero if I remember correctly, night is usually banned in Nintendo apps, for, uh, certain reasons. Might want to remove that.

It's that time again, y'all! My next level is out. I thought I would do a ghost house level since it's almost Halloween (and my neighborhoods annual trick-or-treating is today, actually). Also, I tried out a new gimic in this level. You know how I usually place several pipes with unlimited power-ups? Well, this time, all of the power-up pipes except the first one are blocked by bricks that at least require you to be big from a Super Mushroom to destroy via ground pound. So try to take as little damage as possible, or else you'll either be locked out of power-ups... or have to backtrack 🤣. Here's the ID:
