If Metroid Prime 2 doesn’t get a remaster, I hope they will at least put it on NSO. If they do, I wonder if they will put the first Metroid Prime game on it as well since it will conflict with selling the remastered version on the Switch.
My top 5 favorite games:
1: Pokémon Violet
2: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
3: Animal Crossing New Horizons
4: Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
5: The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
@Croctopus Give it a chance. It's a good game, though inferior to the game it copied(Descent).
I also noticed at the end of the trailer it copyrighted to Nightdive which means they own the rights to it now. So instead of porting over their superior remaster, they instead just threw the N64 rom at Nintendo to dump on NSO. I love Nightdive, but this was really lame and lazy.
Um... I tried doing the button mapping on the GBA app, and it looks like it won't let me map anything to the ZL and ZR buttons. Am I missing something here? If it helps anybody to know, I've been playing Wario Land 4. Really want to map the GBA's L and R buttons to ZL and ZR since it's more comfortable. I'm honestly pretty upset about that...

Favorite game: Super Mario 3D World
AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
I have questions about the quality of the accessories and the pricing. And as a display piece it looks pretty decent although, again, not worth the price I would say. I'd certainly want to see some actual reviews of it before I even considered getting the full version and even then I'm probably not interested. Personally at least, I'm not super keen on that kind of thing. If I wanted to spend that much on a display I'd buy some LEGO
But also you need some kind of construction for this to work. Assuming it's possible to jerry-rig, paper-craft or 3D print something I think a pre-made option is fine. I think it makes sense to sell an "authentic" version of it for the people who are willing to pay for it, and for those who don't they do have a non-display tier version which.... is still a bit pricy it's not tooo bad. I'll probably see what the community comes up with, if not I'll probably grab the cardboard one
But, just generally, Virtual Boy on NSO is kinda neat. This is kinda the point of the classics on NSO isn't it? Giving you access to games from the vault you otherwise wouldn't have been able to experience. And, might I add, I would imagine that playing VB through a Switch OLED screen is going to be quite a bit better than what the VB had. A single row of red LEDs pointing at a mirror rotating at 50Hz
Why this was never on 3DS VC I'll never know but the fact that it's here now? It's kinda nice. And certainly more accessible than, what does an original VB go for? ..... $700AU or so.... ... yep..
