Well Hermes have lost my order or their driver has stolen it and don't care, say i need to take it up with Nintendo. Apparently Nintendo are responsible for Hermes drivers doing their job now?

Have put in a request for a full refund and compensation with Nintendo. I'm obviously never going to get the one they sent. It's gone.

Thankfully I was able to buy a friend's spare though

Oh my words. As it turned out with my order, the postman delivered it to the wrong side of town! I had a random dude come to my house saying the parcel wasn't his. Faith in humanity restored

Anyone know the rough date of the second pre-order shipment? I've been reading rumors about it being March 17 but I done have any solid proof.

They really botched the delivery in the UK.... You would think that, since the UK isn't a Nintendo friendly market, they would try to turn around that image.

Royal Mail has updated the tracking for me, about a couple of hours ago. It's now Accepted at Inward Mail Centre in Sheffield, it's looking hopeful for a Monday delivery.

@Kaos-Incarnate Sorry mate but that probably won't arrive until Tues at best. Mine's been sitting in Outward RDC since yesterday morning. Guessing royal mail have stopped processing any deliveries until Monday.

So I'm intrigued to know, Did anyone else that ordered from Nintendo UK store get an email last Thursday saying their preorder would be dispatched that day with Next day delivery for launch?

So mine finally showed yesterday afternoon. It was delivered by....wait for it.....Hermes. Despite getting a bogus Royal Mail tracking code. The Royal Mail 48 sticker had been covered over with a Hermes sticker. And yes....Royal Mail 48.....Hut/Nintendo UK had no intention of sending these next day, complete BS. Yes I did get an email from them on Thursday "GUARANTEEING" next day delivery. I'm really angry about this whole situation, not even an apology from these idiots. I'm going to keep hitting them this week about this.

@oxo9 So much for next day delivery... Definitely going to complain and also get compensation for this. Mine is still yet to come!! My order of BotW guidebook from Amazon was dispatched yesterday and came today.. Why couldn't Nintendo UK do the same?

Amazon found a copy of Zelda to ship to me. So I'll take the copy I bought from gamestop back after UPS drops off my SE. Good thing I was so annoyed by the time I got back from gamestop that I didn't open it.

@DrunkenMelon I did. Then the NS and BOTW arrived at 11.00am Friday. Had a text confirming delivery that morning around 07.30am.

Yeah mine has now changed to my local town's Inward Mail Centre so there is a chance for tomorrow but after all this, my hopes are not up haha they still need to get it to the delivery centre first so unless that happens today, i don't imagine they will process and send it out on the same day.

I still can't believe they didn't even receive it until the day AFTER launch. Already send my angry email demanding compensation and will wait until tuesday-ish before sending another if they haven't replied by then. I am not letting this go until I get that compensation after the terrible service.

On the bright side I only joined this forum to follow this thread to see what other people were experiencing. It's been nice to suffer together at least and try to work this all out as a group haha

@MrAsmoday Haha same, only signed up today to vent and see other experiences. Sent a "concerned" email on Friday evening, got a quick and automated " we are sorry, we're very busy" email back, which from reading other people's posts seems they put on quickly to avoid the swarm of angry customers.
