Can everyone who has been let down by the shysters at NintendoUK/The Hut please complain. If everyone does that then at least we might get something in return for their colossal rooster up. On twitter you need to hit @thehut_help and also make sure you put a complaint in on the website under your order. Companies like this think it's ok to blah customers around. It isn't.
We should just have "Nintendo of United Kingdom" and a Nintendo store in London...maybe full control of their Nintendo brand here in the UK could help us not having a shockingly poor repeat of this launch! Haha
@oxo9 Good point, I'd emailed but only through generic customer services. I've messaged through the order to complain now. Hopefully something will come of it and they'll admit they've royally f***ed up, but if not I'm wondering if there's a higher management we could escalate to, maybe Nintendo.co.uk (as opposed to the Nintendo UK store itself)?
Nintendo UK themselves are on my hit list tomorrow. I'll be calling and asking to speak to their customer services. The Hut is a complete shambles. Had a private message exchange with them on Twitter and they told me that I had to address my issue through the order page and someone would reply between 24 and 48 hours. I pointed out that 48 hours had passed and I hadn't received a reply. Strangely enough I've not heard back since. You are basically dealing with a bunch of employees that don't care and are looking to pass the buck at every opportunity. I can only presume that mentality obviously comes from the top. I'm not giving in on his, i'm just getting started.
I have messages them on my order 5 times now, every time got automated message. The first one was at 8am on Friday, and last one was 11am today so that is 52 hours after my first message and have still had no reply. Will hit them up tomorrow when I get in to work. Even if my switch is waiting there on my desk, still gonna keep complaining until I get some fecking response

I received an email yesterday @ 15.46 saying it would be next day delivery.
Then at 18.43 receive a different email saying between 7-8 March by Royal Mail.
HOW IS THIS NEXT DAY DELIVERY??
The first Email is a LIE, I am pretty sure that if a company lies it is illegal!!
As this is a MAJOR release, surely you would have planned for this, or even sent the delivery out a day early so that people would have their order on time?
Some other sites even got them to people a day early!

So where is my switch and zelda? I have had two different emails from you saying buy your switch now! But I preordered it in January! Now that my tracking works it's says they have been told about a delivery but have not received the package! Also you have ignored my previous messages, and by the sounds of it I am not the only one you have screwed up on. Have you any comments on this? I believe all of us should be compensated for being LIED to as clearly next day delivery did NOT HAPPEN

Well it's been 52 hours since my first email and I still have not received an email from you. Only the automated message that says that you would get back to me at the latest 48 hours at busy times. So where is my email? What is going on? This complaint is now massive and there should be some compensation for the hassle and the misdirection you have been giving all the people who have been inconvenienced by this. The email saying next day delivery on Thursday was the major problem. So where is my order?

So 61 hours after the original complaint, and still nothing? This whole thing is a shambles, if the company I work for gave the next day promise and then didn't and ignored their customers they would be taken to court
Just got delivered to work 3 minutes ago, and have already changed my top so wearing the zelda t-shirt. Not going to stop messaging Nintendo Store though
Got mine delivered too! Set it up, downloading update and treated the game card (Really is disgusting!). Not going to give up with Nintendo though after this, but feel glad everyone in this chat stuck and supported each other ^^
Wish i could set up, really want to injure myself at work so i can go home and play on it, but the other person in my team is on holiday so there would be no one here to do our job. Ah well will have to wait, but just messaged nintendo store right now saying "its now 72 hours and no reply, I want compensation and not just a £5 voucher which i would probably never use as i will never order from them again etc"
Also looking at the box, they only paid for Tracked 48, that is not next day delivery!
Yeah I also got a text from royal mail so mine should be delivered finally as well but yeah for sure am I not giving up until I get some compensation though haha
Patiently waiting for mine should be on the way but won't believe it until I actually have it in my hands. And I'm still waiting on Nintendo replying to the 5 emails I have sent them over the last 72+ hours
This is the bad thing, people will received today and forget about this. Nintendo should not get this for free, we paid and they took our money in advance to receive the thing on friday.
Many asked for a day free and hoping to play on the weekend, but it did not happen.
Nintendo has not even apologized yet to ANYONE about this, the hut group does not care at all and they said to me on their twitter that has nothing to do with them.
I will repeat this but Nintendo has the worst customer service and I will fight this thing until the end.
@AlbertXi Don't worry, even though i got mine today, i am still sending them emails, can't phone them because i am at work (which i really should be geting on with, but hey) and i have tried to put the word complaint in ever message i send them. So by law they HAVE to respond.

@MrAsmoday Same here i took Friday and today off so i would have a long weekend with the Switch, but no that didn't work out and still haven't received it yet.
